You're almost always better off calling a local florist like “Florist of Mission Hills”. They are a local flower shop in the SFV in Mission Hills, Ca they deliver within the 30-40 miles away. It’s a pleasure talking to a local florist. Joseph helped me out with placing an order for a loved one’s funeral. I like the fact that I had the option to go in person or on their website to place the order. I called Joseph to see if I could change flower type & or colors in the flowers arrangement (Spirit Spray) and he was very accommodating. They have more control over their inventory. Joseph & his team of florists are willing to go above and beyond for you & your loved one receiving the flower arrangement.

People think there are better off going to online flower shops like 1800-Flowers etc… because they have online discounts. But, be careful I ordered flowers & come to find out the flowers were never delivered. Unfortunately the online flower shops use 3rd party vendors stores and I feel like there is no control of knowing if flowers get delivered or not, unless you ask the recipient.

I love Florist of Mission Hills! The fact that when I called and had a “live” person answer and take my order over the phone was outstanding! Joseph really went above and beyond to help me with my same day delivery! Thank you Joseph for all your help! Flower arrangement was beautiful!

Incredible service with beautiful amazing flowers.
They knew exactly what I wanted and made the process of ordering the flowers so easy within couple of minutes.
The lady who received those flowers was so happy and excited.
They were really impressive and beautiful and the price was very fair and efficient

The arrangement was absolutely breathtaking and exactly like pictured in the website. Customer service was amazing, the delivery driver was super sweet. He attempted to deliver the arrangement to my friends house but she wasn't home and due to the gates- he wasn't able to drop it off at the front door. He called me and waited till I got there so I could retrieve the arrangement as he did not feel comfortable leaving them outside the gates house. It was very much appreciated. Overall, will be ordering again.

I never leave reviews at all but for this I felt like I truly had to. We laid my beautiful grandma to rest on Saturday & I knew I wanted to get her a flower arrangement & it turned out so beautifully I know she would’ve of loved it. Thank you all so much for creating this beautiful arrangement! Their customer service was everything and the flower arrangement was truly everything I wanted & vision.🩷

I get flowers from here a few times a month and I’m never let down. Great selection, very nice arrangements and fair prices. The staff is very kind and accommodating. This place is extremely reliable and I highly recommend them.
