Been out here for 35 years, had bought a brand new 2025 Western Star, had an issue with the fuel system, had to be towed in to Floyd's truck center in Rock springs Wyoming, the general manager as well as Lindsay Golden service writer and shop foreman Dan Standish . We're very polite, understanding, professional, as well as eager to resolve my problems. I can see where they are an asset to a great company. Wish more companies had people of this caliber working for them. I can't give them enough credit or praise for what they have done for me. Thank you so much for the great job and being there for me. They are very sophisticated hahaha, but be prepared to spend a few days and return to the road without solving your problem, unless you accept their exorbitant price, after leaving you without a response for three days while you see others who arrived later pass in front of you, not to mention that others have left supposedly fixed and after walking 49 miles they have had to return! Real story! It is hard to be on the road and your truck breaks down and instead of fulfilling its mission, what you find is a lack of interest in helping you, an absence of empathy and professionalism, very sad. Editing: Obviously you can't find my name because it was my husband who dealt with you, we are team drivers. The first screenshot shows the amount they told us after three days, the second shows the amount we had to pay to leave without having resolved the problem!

Had computer issues on the road called Floyd's talked to Lindsey she said come on in they will look at it.
Arrived 45 minutes after the call.
Went in and seen Ashley she had a tech come out and hook up diagnostic he made a few changes and I was good to go. In and out in 35 minutes. Awesome job !!!
Ladies in service department are awesome, tech is super nice. Will stop back in for a service with Floyd's at exit 104 Rock Springs WY..

Owner operator experience : shop opened up at 0700 was parked there Sunday afternoon great parking lots of parking and in the back you can park your trailer. I spoke to a woman named Crystal that works the service desk. Crystal was honest with me and told me that there was a couple of trucks ahead of me and they’ll try to get me in as soon as possible. I sat Monday Tuesday morning I called the office again and the service manager answered. He was very polite and honest with me to he said he will get me in as soon as possible and he did as he promised great place to go to staff is great. Mechanics are very honest with you when it comes down to the situation with your truck, lots of food around restaurants walking areas McDonald’s and there’s a pilot right down the street thank you again Floyd Truck Center, Rocksprings Wy

These guys were a lifesavers!! I broke down at the flying J and I needed some fuel filters and air filter. They took their time to call the various parts stores to coordinate the arrangement of having them delivered the next day.
They are very helpful and competitive with their pricing. I also purchased the battery from them and some other stuff.
Thanks to David, Alex, and Tim. I was able to troubleshoot my issues and get back on the road.

I understand they were busy or maybe understaffed but feel they weren’t very upfront with us. We dropped our truck off first thing Monday morning. It was not looked at until late Tuesday for diagnosis. But even with that they still didn’t actually diagnose it. Wednesday we were pretty much at the same point but they thought it would be done Thursday morning. By Thursday afternoon we were still pretty much at the same point so our company was going to send us to get a loaner in Denver. My company and I agreed to wait til closing to see if they got it done. At 4:30 it was almost done. They said it was the transmission breather tube and it took about an hour. This very simple repair costed our company thousands in time and hotels. I just wish they would have been more transparent and honest. Even upon completion they said there was no notes in their system for the work that was done.

While at a rest stop just outside of Rock Springs, WY, we noticed we had a leaking hub seal on our 45’ motor home. We called Floyd’s to see if they could check it out for us. They told us to bring in & they could see if they could fix. Once we arrived, (within a 1/2 hour) validated the issue, and resolved our issue that day, and didn’t delay our travels. Staff was exceptional.
