Gone there a few times for their sales, and they don't have the sale item (one customer bought them all, and the next two times the item was not on their truck).
Also, they don't have electric carts for handicapped people, so beware. I can't shop as long as I would like to. Not good, but their people are nice and the store is clean and neat.

This store has declined in many ways over the years. They get you in with their cost plus deals but it is only a good deal if you are shopping for particular items that are on sale. Which is usually close to out of date. They constantly hire teenagers, which would be considered a noble trait giving them the opportunity to have a first real world experience but they neglect to train them in customer service. Friendliness, a smile or a hello, go a long way in life and in business. Needless to say, I only go there if I need an item or 2 for dinner. I do not take my shopping list there.

I am extremely disappointed with this store. I called to ask a question and they hung up on me. My son had just tried to use my card there and I didn't have any money on it but I can see when he used it so I transfered money to my card for him to try it again. I called to ask if the men from Center of Hope were still there so I could ask them to tell my son to try my card again but they hung up on me. Extremely rude!!!!!!!!
