Our local grocery store. I probably go there at least once a week. If we are hosting, then I may go there five times in one day.

I have regularly shopped at this location for years and everyone has always been so pleasant, until today. The cashier from beginning to the end of my transaction was so rude. I am not unsure why she felt treating me rudely was ok but I really hope no one else receives the same experience.
* No greeting and seemed upset to assist.
* When asked for a pen to sign a check, she dropped it down on her side to purposely not hand it directly to me.
* When asking me about the check for my transaction, before I could answer immediately she walked away (the manager was very nice and showed her how to complete the transaction)
* never offered bags
* when I asked it was too late as she stated " ten cents" sternly. I didn't want to use my debit card for that small of an amount in the moment. I was so thrown off by the poor attitude and service i forgot to ask. I'm not sure why she felt the need to be this way. Myself and family left with the unwelcomed feeling and unbagged meat to our vehicle.
Hoping this was just one bad day for her and not a continued behavior. I do really like shopping at this location.

Store has a great selection for your basic needs whether it’s groceries, soap, snacks, personal hygiene etc. It is less busier than most stores like Walmart but that comes with the price of paying a little extra on stuff.

Shady scamming business practice. Cashier and manager would not honor sale price even after checking and confirming it. The RA Italian dressing rang up 2.29 instead of 1.98 as advertised. And I didn't give in. Double whammy. Bang bang. You're screwed. Good luck with the rest of your shopping deals or actual prices.

What can I say, I decided to give this store a second chance. It's so close to my home & recently there's been a few times while making dinner I've had no choice but to run in and grab a few things.
My first review wasn't so great beings that I went there in the afternoon, but having been there recently in the early evening, apparently it seems the p.m. shift team lead keeps the store very neat, clean and well kept. It's like night and day! Even the female checker, she is fast, friendly and helpful, and I'm usually in and out within minutes.Thank you night shift manager for making our neighborhood store a very clean, well stocked, and pleasant place to shop again!

My new favorite store if your on a budget new to the area so it's hard to find new stores. But this one does not disappoint me. I've always feel welcomed and great customer service they actually allow you to use the restrooms I highly recommend this place

I like how it's right around the corner from me but the prices are sort of ridiculous. I get it, the neighborhood may not be Raley's standard, but they sure love charging Raley's prices. I mean $5.49 for a 12 pack of Shasta? You kidding right? Food4Less or Winco are selling them for $3.99. That's just one example I can think of. I'll come here if I desperately need something or if I'm walking around but for a big grocery haul, there are other places.
