I scheduled an appointment a week ago for today at 11:30 AM as the first appointment of the day. I took the day off from work to bring my mother in for an evaluation to determine the appropriate shoes or custom insoles. After driving over 30 miles, we arrived at 11:20 AM, just before the store was set to open. At that time, the lights were off, and we assumed the store would open shortly.

However, 11:30 AM came and went, and by 11:40 AM, the store was still closed. I called the store, and the owner texted back, asking if they could call me later. I promptly replied, stating that we had a scheduled appointment for 11:30. Despite the fact that my message was shown as being “read”, there was no further response from the owner.

We waited an additional 45 minutes, assuming that someone would arrive to open the store, but ultimately, no one showed up. We were forced to leave, having lost almost an hour and a half of valuable time.

It has now been almost 12 hours without any acknowledgment or communication from the owner. This lack of professionalism and disregard for the time and commitments of customers is completely unacceptable. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the absence of communication or any effort to notify us ahead of time is extremely disappointing.

I strongly caution potential customers to think twice before doing business with this establishment. Based on my experience, and seeing other negative reviews, it is clear that this business has significant issues with reliability and customer service.

This is a very nice store, just need to come up to date with 2025, need technology. And another person to help the owner with a computer, bringing the shop into the 21st century. Great shoes and products and nice man, but he ready need some help. He need to stop locking the doors and making customers think he's close. We have knock on the door everything we come. If he's working in the back then he need someone out front watching the front of the store. God Bless him, he's a nice person but he need to hire another person to help.

I had a great experience with the owner. He led me to the right shoe for me and my needs given my specific feet. They have quality products and I look forward to happy feet at work.

I put in my order for my shoes May and it is now August and I still don't have my shoes. I have called the store's number as well as the cell number. I have spoken to the assistant as well as the manager and I still don't have my shoes nor have I been given any update. I hope to get my shoes before the year is out and when and if I do I will never use them again. Shop there at your own risk. What has happened to customer's service?
Owner replied to my review stating shoes are on back order from China...so sad to say that isn't the truth so you can cancel my order since you probably sent the paperwork to China. Communication seems to be a lost art with this location.

Called the place 4 times before going to ask about pricing and store hours…no answer. We show up at 11am (as per the store hours) come to find out they actually don’t open until 11:30am everyday. Ok that’s fine we’ll wait. Well we waited until 11:50am and there was so sign of the store opening any time soon. So congrats on losing a new customer

It is very hard to reach someone at this business because no one answers the phone. I called the number and the recording states the mailbox is full. Although their hours indicate they open at 11am, when my daughter and I stopped by, we had to wait until 12 noon for someone to open the door. From this experience, we are going to look somewhere else.

The verdict is still out for this place! When I ordered my diabetic shoes with insoles in January, I was told they would be ready after 90 days! I retuned after 105 days only to be told they haven't come in. I'm still waiting to get a call after 140 days. I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever get what was ordered!

What kind of business are they running here?! I came during hours and it's closed. Lights on no one here. The sign says back at 2p on a Saturday and it's well past 2! No one answered the phone, vml full, and people are outside waiting! Terrible!
