I had a fantastic experience selling my land with Foothill! DJ was always available to answer my questions, and he literally did everything while I was many states away. I highly recommend them for your real estate needs.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are trying to buy land!!! I called the office when I was in town to see if someone could show us land. No one was available that day and the office manager said someone would contact us, three weeks later. . . Nothing. Then I reached out to Robbie about I piece of land I found and was interested in and he gave one brief response and I never heard from him again. Robbie is the owner and clearly doesn’t want your business!! Please don’t waste your time find a different company to help you.

Great group of people! Robbie is very easy to work with and very helpful. We work with them on land sales occasionally, digging pits for soil evaluations for the county environmental inspectors.

I would not recommend this company to any one, in fact I would try to talk them out of using this company and recommend that they take their business else where. Me and my wife tried to buy a home in North Carolina and they did everything that they could to make sure that we could not buy the home. So buyer beware with this company.

Looking for a home or land? Go to Sutton properties (formerly LandPro) and see Teresa Martin. She worked tirelessly for my wife and me. Through her efforts, we were able to get the perfect home/property for us and at our price point. We also got a great education from Lou Jewell. Seriously, don't waste your time with other realtors, especially the franchised names. Teresa and Lou are the only people we'd recommend and would ever deal with in the future. Fabulous people and many thanks from my wife and me.
