If I could give the store zero star rating, I would. Horrible customer experience with the gentleman at the register. Purchased some slippers and over $300 worth of product online for my niece for Christmas (at full price and they all went on clearance right after Christmas)…The slippers did not fit. There was no option to return these online so I had to go into the store. My father passed away January 3, which is why I was trying to return them just over the 30 day mark the gentleman at the register was super unhelpful and had an attitude from the moment I got to the register…The manager said that I was not eligible for store credit. I left the slippers there and will never shop at Forever 21 again.

I bought a shirt as a gift for my sister, but the size didn’t fit. After a few days, I returned (with tag and a receipt) and the manager refused to process a return and was uncooperative and rude, she reluctantly issued store credit. Frustrating experience; I won't be back.

Its too weird that, they do not have anyone in order pick section. I waited in order section for a while. Then they asked me to wait in line for regular register. There were no point to wait me in 2 places about 40 mins for online quick pick. When asked the casher she was rude. Very bad customer service i have seen ever.

Went on a weekday, so the store was clean and racks weren't destroyed. Not a ton of staff. So if you have a question, you'll probably have to go to the checkout area. If you're old enough to check a Google review, you're old enough to figure out most clothing store questions all by yourself.
If you're looking for clothes you can wear a season and toss it afterwards, this is a good option.

Racist staff (CASHIERS). I was in the check out line with a friend and the cashiers there were calling everyone before us. By the time it was our turn, we stood there for good 10 minutes waiting to be called, while the cashiers were busy chatting with each other. There were three cashiers! One had a customer and two didn’t, so we thought either of them will call us, but they didn’t. Instead we saw the two cashiers were looking at each other waiting if the other one of them will attend us, thereby ignoring us completely. While we observed this happening, in no time there was a big line behind us. So instead of waiting there anymore I just went ahead on the counter to get my things checked out. The cashier didn’t even care to greet me, let alone apologize! RUDE! MANNERLESS! RACIST CASHIERS! I was so furious that I wanted to call the manager, but neither of us (my friend and I) wanted to escalate the issue. I won’t be surprised if the supervisors and store manager would be racist too, looking at the “Quality” of the staff they hired for their third grade store.

Never going to Forever 21 again, ever. You guys just lost a loyal customer.
