Absolute trash. I wouldn’t trust this cleaner with a pair of tube socks. They destroyed one of my designer garments and when asked about it, they blamed the fabric, the clothing company, everything but take accountability for the damage they caused. Strangely, no other dry cleaner had ever struggled with any of my garments from the same company the way they did. Stay far FAR away.

Edit: And then to respond with "we don't know what you're talking about, are you sure it was us?" - if that doesn't spell it out, I don't know what will. No, I mean the other dry cleaner located in the Olympia Shopping Center where I stood in front of the manager while she was on the phone with the owner who wasn't going to be in anytime soon so they could both simultaneously belittle and berate me while looking at a garment that was clearly visibly damaged only AFTER they handled it. The garment had NEW stains on it when I picked it up. They said I dropped it off that way. That would imply that you did such a bad job the first time that the stains were still there and further, you thought it was acceptable to hand a stained laundered item back to me. Then after processing my garment a SECOND time, suddenly as if by some miracle the stains were gone, (you know, the stains that were there when I brought it in that were so bad they couldn't be removed), the fabric was snagged in multiple places, the straps were fraying, the embellishment was missing stones. Reputable. I could think of a hundred more adjectives that would more accurately describe this business. Next time, don't wear your customer's designer clothes to eat your KFC.

I took my 3 piece attire to the cleaners to be cleaned and pressed. my first time using them and it was bad from start. The person entering the information seemed new and didn’t know what he was doing (I gave him a pass). I dropped my clothes off Monday, was told they would be done Thursday, Friday at the latest and would receive a text. Thursday passed, no text, 3 PM Friday, no text. I talked to my mom who dropped clothes off Thurs and received a texted Friday that they were done. I called them asking about my clothes and they had to look them up and told me they were done. I didn’t get notification… I picked up my clothes.. the person who created my account had a completely different name. It crazy because I even spelled my first and last name out for them and they still got it wrong. the receipt clearly said there were 3 items. I trusted them and when I went to put my clothes on, on Saturday, there were only 2 pieces. It was clergy attire so I couldn’t change the outfit. I had to wait until they opened to call and the person who answered acted like she didn’t care at all. I am clergy and had to leave for a funeral at 9 AM…the time they opened. I told the woman I spoke with that I was already late, she proceeded to tell me, “Call back by 3 PM”. I didn’t have time because I had a funeral to go to…they lost my clergy shirt! I didn’t make it back before 3PM so now I have to wait until Monday to see if they found my shirt. My first experience with them has been a horrible one all the way around

My elderly father has been using you guys for about 6 months now. Goes every week and always calls me to tell me how nice Karen is. When she sees him coming she gets the door for him and she always take his clothes to the car for him. You guys are also great with stain removal being he does spill food alot on his shirts. Ty for the kindness towards my father and the great job you do on his clothes.

I would just like to say, that Four Season went above and beyond to help us. We had forgotten to pick up our dry cleaning and we needed them for Sunday. The owner was so kind to have an employee come in and get the dry cleaning for us. They saved my son's career.

Used them quite a few times but lately the results I received made me go some place else. My UGG comforter came back lookin like it was just dryed & folded. They also washed and put my Levi jeans in the dryer. I could’ve let my kids wash them at home, because When I got my jeans back they were ashy. Never again!

I was over charged for dry cleaning services and I was extremely impressed the manager called me to issue my refund very apologetic, things happen. Keep up the great work!

We ate at the McDonald's in the shopping center, it was your typical McDonald's fast food as far as the rest of the stores in the shopping center I would have to repost once I visit one of the stores and the actual Center itself. As for the fast food within the center complex again it is mediocre fast food.

Been going down hill since the 90s a lots of stores. More often or not you can find what your looking for. But for pittsbugh their are better options. The roads are really bad in some parts!
