The staff here are incredibly helpful and very patient. They take good time so you leave with everything you need. Visited twice here and both the times the experience have been awesome. They asked my preferences and although I keep adding to what I need, they were very patient to help me with everything I need and made sure I am 100% satisfied.

Great selection of fragrances for anyone! Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. Taylor was especially helpful in finding a fragrance that worked well for me. Will definitely be returning in the future! 😁

Extremely bad. I bought a perfume last week. I didn’t open it or anything however i bought it for my brother but I didn’t know he doesn’t like that specific one. I went today to return it they said oh our system is down and we don’t do returns it says on the receipt. The receipt only says Exchange policy and clearly they never said in person or anywhere else that you can’t return once you buy it. I got perfumes from them before. So not trying to blame them for nothing. They probably sell 1 perfume in one month so they have this policy however this was the last time for me. They don’t even have a wide range of collections. And how weird is this you can buy but you can’t exchange orrr get the gift card they say they have. Such a ridiculous place. Go to sephora instead. And the fragrance outlet doesn’t even have available sizes so they basically force you to buy the biggest one they got. I didn’t care at first as I bought from them before but damnnn. Atleast mention the no return policy in person once before people buy it when they are spending $100- $200 on a perume.

On two occasions I visited this store and was warmly greeted and assisted. The sales representatives helped me find exactly what I was shopping for and also offered thoughtful suggestions as to how to maximize my sales experience and/or try new products. When I came in the second time, the sales representative remembered me, warmly greeted me and remembered what my partner was looking at the day prior, which I ended up buying as a gift for him. I will return to this store for not only the products and great sales but for the exceptional service experience!

Came in today last minute, didn’t really have an idea as to what type of scent was my scent, and even though they were getting ready to close shop for the night (I didn’t catch his name) but the guy in there helped me get an idea as to what would be the best option for me personally (and nailed it as I’ve been wearing it for a bit now) without rushing or being pushy, very pleasant experience, thank you two and see ya’s on the next visit!
