I purchased a couple of bikinis from Frankie's back in the spring. I had to exchange one of the tops for a different size and there was a bit of a hiccup in the shipping process (not FB's fault), so I reached out to customer support for help. Seriously, I could not have had a better experience. Jazz helped me and she was so responsive, helpful, thorough, and overall just lovely. You could tell that she understood and actually cared, a quality noticeably missing from many customer support groups today.

Jazz got me another top in the mail ASAP and I received it right in time. The exchange item ended up not working for me (amazing quality and would look incredible on someone else--just not the fit I was looking for with this suit), but Jazz made sure I'd be able to return it and the matching bottoms I'd received before, as I no longer needed them, and she sent me a shipping label right away. She was so sweet the entire time and made this process so stress-free. I am so thankful for her help and Frankie's is VERY lucky to have employees like her representing their brand so well! 🙂

Even though that top did not work for me, I walked away with another cute suit from that order that looks amazing on me. The quality is fantastic! Good customer service is more important today than ever, and I know going forward that I can count on the amazing staff at Frankie's Bikinis. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be shopping here again.

Absolutely LOVE these bikinis. great quality and super comfortable.
I had a minor problem with my bikini bottoms and my first though was that i would have to jump through hoops to get some sort of refund or replacement, however i emailed Frankies and explained what happened.
The next morning i had an email saying to return the bottoms and that all return freight has been paid for and once received they will review them and issue a refund or replacement.
Alexis was wonderful to deal with and makes me confident shopping with them in the future knowing that if any problems occurred they will be dealt with efficiently and with great customer service.

I purchased one bikini set and loved the material so much, I purchased another. The quality of the material is so soft and buttery. Also, the customer service is quick and excellent. I forgot to put in a discount code and they immediately refunded me the amount. I will def be ordering my swimsuits from Frankies from now on! I just hope for some more colors/designs. A++

Excellent customer service! I accidentally ordered a romper in the incorrect color and emailed their support center immediately after. Mackenzie, who would later assist me, was fantastic. She responded to my request within the hour and got the issue resolved shortly after. From my understanding, they typically don't cancel orders, but Mackenzie went the extra mile and contacted their warehouse to cancel the order. I'm extremely happy that she not only addressed my issue quickly but also went above and beyond to resolve the issue that was my own error. I'm bummed that the color I actually wanted is now sold out in my size, but I am excited to return as a customer as I know I'll be well taken care of by their team.

I love Frankies Bikinis! I have 4-5 sets of Frankies now and the quality is always amazing with the best selection of color availability!! I’ve ordered a few that didn’t fit me very well and the return process was so easy and accommodating! I had an issue with a package delivery and a team member, Lydia, was awesome with helping me sort it out. They are wonderful!

Fast shipping and incredible customer service! Lydia was able to assist me within a few hours. The bikinis are a splurge but they’re some of the best quality I’ve ever bought. Sizing is a little inconsistent but thank god for their free and easy return program. Can’t wait to purchase more items in the future.

I love Frankie's Bikinis! A little pricey, but good quality, soft fabric, super sexy, yet simple styles. I don't mind the splurge for a nice staple bathing suit 🙂
Jazz from customer service was able to cancel an order I had before it shipped when I changed my mind on ordering a size up vs. keeping the smaller size I previously ordered. Customer service is great!

Frankie’s bikinis rocks… both in terms of their bikinis *and* their customer service… which I feel like can be challenging to come across these days! I’ve ordered a few bikinis from them and have absolutely loved them. One time there was a slight issue, so I reached out to the customer service email given, and they got back to me within hours and were soooo kind and communicate (and solved the issue). I couldn’t recommend Frankie’s more and will definitely be ordering more from them. I have zero personal connection to this company by the way, I’m just really blown away at the recent customer service experience I had and wanted to write a review. 🙂
