They kicked me out of the store even though they still had 5-10 minutes till closing time. I had an emergency and needed to get a few things for my niece who was suddenly very sick (and is a baby, by the way) and they were extremely rude to me and rushed me to the point where I couldn’t get everything I needed. I was very polite the entire time and one employee tried getting in my face. I wasn’t looking for drama, I just wanted to get the things I needed. I wasn’t going to fully go grocery shopping in there, I just needed literally no more than 5 items. Had they actually tried to help me it would’ve taken less than 5 minutes to get everything, and I received more help from other customers there than the actual employees themselves. And there were employees bragging and boasting about how proud they were to rush people out of the store. Very unprofessional, extremely rude, and the WORST experience I’ve ever had in any Fred Meyer’s store and ANY grocery store ever. Please retrain your employees to be more professional. (Maybe they should work somewhere else or work a different shift if they seriously hate customers/ closing time)

Freddies is where I get all my Freddie's goods. From the curried chicken stuff at the deli that I adore, to the massive cheese section that longingly calls my name whenever I enter. 10/10 will go again.

Order from deli for pick up all the time. Now they say they cannot. I call back to talk to management. They say.
They do and advertise it. The deli department needs new management. And offer shaved Meats But too will not even attempt, shaped pepperoni while The other few have no problem doing it and say they can't believe the others won't And a couple are just completely rude.
Shouldn't be in customer service at all.Or anything to do with it

Me and my Significant other was in a hurry and accidentally left a bag of chips and etc at a register and Payed for it . Tried to call about it When we got home and the Costumer service person Hung up. Twice. And said To Repay for the items.. And hung up a third time. Aren’t there cameras literally everywhere? Yes there is.
But for some reason I can’t get the items I already paid for And accidentally left.. I ain’t coming back here Ever again after that.

It's bullshit charging a customer for cash back that bullshit you make a killing off all your products by way more then 50% mark up like a retail store should and now your charging a 75cent service charge for cash back we as custers pay for our money and now your charging us to give us our money I will never shop here again your company is bullshit

Every department is very helpful and the workers are always willing to help you find an item. Even the people that are doing curbside pickup are willing to stop & help when I know they are time sensitive.
