Return policy is rigid - my husband spent $300 on gifts and I tried to find something but there is lack of good options for exchange/ store credit. The girl working justified the rigidity by overgeneralizing- told me all small businesses have exchange only policies .

Truly the cutest and most unique small business I’ve ever been to (and I try to explore a lot!) Staff is super knowledgeable and sweet. Every piece of clothing I own from Freedlove, I receive SO many compliments, plus they last for years. Worth every penny; wish I could buy the whole store!

Disappointed with Freedlove! Despite being a loyal customer for years, I was denied a refund for a damaged item due to their rigid policy of only store credit. They were unable to replace the damaged item and refused to issue a refund for their damaged item. Don't bother shopping here if you expect fair treatment.

Freedlove is the perfect shop in downtown Scranton! The staff cares about the shop and the customers tremendously. It has everything from casual wear to formal! I can always find something for any occasion and the fit is never shy from perfect. What makes it even better is the cute updated posts on instagram to drag me back into the store! Not to mention, the store carries items beyond clothing. From scarves to sunglasses, jewelry to phone cases, mugs, cups, and more, one can always find the perfect gift for a friend or family member. Highly Recommend!!

This is my favorite place in Scranton. I drive 30 minutes to shop here over anywhere else in the valley. The staff is incredibly sweet and helpful, and the stock they've curated is always gorgeous. Just has a great vibe and a great story. Thank you Freedlove!
