We live in Franklin and when ever the subject of appliances comes up with neighbors or church family the praises for Friedhaber's commence with testimonials about them treating customers like family, how caring they are for customers needs in every regard, especially support and repairs later. We recently purchased a dishwasher and an oven stove there. The salesman was courteous, patient and helpful. The installation guys were incredibly skilled and friendly, plus I know if something fails someday, they've got my back! Best choice ever.

And delivered and set up the next day!!
The delivery guy even asked if my dog could have a treat .

Prior to moving to the area, Friedhaber's was recommended to us. We considered ordering online after seeing 4th of July sales on their website. We are so glad we called instead. We shared details and dimensions about the space for the fridge in the house we were moving into and the person we spoke to was very helpful. Two young gentlemen installed the fridge and were fantastic. They alerted me to a small dent on the door and shared to call the store. The store worked with us to order a new door, no questions asked. About a month later, we had to order a dishwasher and ordered from them. Dealing with them for the dishwasher was just as pleasant.

Not happy at all with them. My parents purchased an ice maker from them a few years ago and it broke. They took it to fix it and never brought it back. We are going on around 3 years now…still no ice maker. I highly recommend not using them ever.

**Thank you for the reply but there are no excuses acceptable for the way I was talked to and treated. I have since found another local family business that is willing to be of help and assistance. Shame on me for trying to support your family business for 3 weeks. I believe I was more then understanding and patient.***

After a recommendation to have a repairman come look at my clothes washing machine, I called and scheduled an appointment. The verdict was I needed a new part and he would return to fix it. I appreciated his service therefore I decided to call and order a new dishwasher because I thought they seemed trustworthy and competent and I wanted to support local small business. The day of the next service call to replace the part he never showed up nor returned mine or the office’s phone calls. The next day The owner called me and sent someone else down to make the repair however in his words “if I would have been on this call the 1st time I would have known the transmission and gear box is done”. So I called Bill and ordered a clothes washing machine along with the dishwasher. Due to the inconvenience, and lack of communication I experienced, I requested for an additional compensation/discount. He offered me $40 but kept playing around with numbers and told me he would call me back on Saturday. Never got a call back even after leaving a message on Tuesday. Called again on Wednesday. Conversation ended with he was cancelling my order because he felt I didn’t want to do business. How? If I didn’t it’s my right to go where I want and if I didn’t then why was I still trying to give them a chance to make it right. So if this is how you want to be treated because I didn’t come into the store and was doing it over the phone….a sale is a sale but obviously not to them. Poor communication and not true to their word or commitment.
