Buyer beware. I ordered online, paid for 2 day shipping and it's been weeks and still no order. I've been in contact with them multiple times, not easy getting a call back. They sent the Shoes to the wrong address. I asked that they refund the cost of having them shipped from the place they sent them to me. They refunded half the cost. Guess if you are not a famous person (just a single mother with a child that has large feet) then you are not important to them. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, tried to support a small business. But atlas, they don't want to make it right. Almost $300 on Shoes for my 12 year old. Tragic.

Being size 19/20 this is the only place I can regularly buy shoes from and thank god! They have amazing shoes, great quality and trendy styles even for my size. I honestly don’t know where I would be without this crew, very grateful. I live in Alberta, Canada and they are very accommodating for returns for shoes that don’t fit. I’ve also been to the store, they get an idea of what your looking for and pull a whole swath of shoes try. Truly a great experience!

I travelled from NY to this store because they have size 15. I was sceptical of the store due to its location but decided to give it a shot. I was very pleased with their selection. Their shoes are all leather and mostly hand made in Italy. I ended up buying 5 pairs!!! I will definitely make another trip down in the future to purchase more.

If you wear a women's size 10.5 shoe and up, this store is for you. Nice selection a bit on the pricey side but they're all leather which is great. They have good sales in store. I was able to get 2 pairs of very comfortable shoes. I'm a happy customer.

Very little store front in downtown across from construction. Kinda unassuming very cluttered and Dusty inside. But that being said staff was amazing set my son down look at his feet and brought out box after box for him to try on and helped him decide on a hiking boot. They could have sold him a more expensive boot that he liked but they listen to his needs and lost $40 but gave him the boot that he needed for what he was going to do. We basically traveled five and a half hours for a size 15 wide boot but I do not regret the decision to go to Friedman's. They know their stuff

Fantastic customer service and great selection of large shoe sizes! If you or someone you know needs to find cool shoes in an unusual shoe size I would try Friedman's shoes. And if it does not work out then they are so great about working with you to find the right shoe (even over the phone if you aren't able to shop in store)!

Friendly staff. Small to big sizes. Great selections for the big foot in your life. Specialize in big sizes up to 22. Three floors. If you can't make it up the stairs they will bring it to you. Parking on the street downtown Atlanta pay to park. They offer you your own special salesman who, who works tirelessly to satisfy your needs. I was very happy I couldn't find shoes to fit my 15 year old son who wears a 17. They had it all in one spot thank you .
