So it’s the day before Thanksgiving…we need chives, of course it looks like I will be chive-less.. I asked the produce associate, Josh, if there could be any in the back and he took the time to go and look. This was so sweet. Not only did he help me look on the busy and empty produce areas, but he was able to find 3 packages that he offered me.. I was happy with one! Thank you Josh, your demeanor was also so positive. Customer service isn’t for everyone, but he is amazingly sweet and kind.

At the risk of sounding like a Karen, I’m finally posting. This has happened to me more times than I can count at this location. Stop hiring Verrado teenage boys at this location. I don’t even know what else to say, they stand around and hang out with their athlete friends and don’t pay any attention to lights flashing at the self check out. When they bag the groceries, they literally put every item in that could spill or that is ready to eat, either completely upside down or on its side. It’s to the point where I just tell them to put my groceries in the cart without bags and I bag them myself when I get out to the car. I understand it’s not like they are planning to make a career out of bagging groceries but if you can’t do the most basic of things without damaging someone’s property then maybe go find another job. On the contrary, the women and teenage girls that help me out at this location are always on the ball.

This location has become a favorite for me. It’s close and is usually stocked very well! The produce section is awesome! Love how open and bright it is- I use self checkout so I don’t interact with employees a lot but when I have, it’s been good. Truthfully,I wish I could stay out of the store ( spend too much) but every time I visit it’s been great!

I am in this store nearly everyday since I live in Verrado. In general, I appreciate this store for its convenience. I have noticed that they close at 10pm. I say this sarcastically because if you shop there within 30 minutes of closing, you will hear them on the intercom every 5 minutes urging you to wrap up your shopping. It has become a joke with my family, we always say we have to run through to shop so they don't lock us in or assault us. We'll, tonight I needed to buy last minute candles for a late surprise birthday for a family friend. 2 employees were in the foyer entrance guarding the only unlocked doors. As I walked in, one of them (Stephanie) rudely said "Sir, we close in 4 minutes". I slightly nodded my head in understanding, but she's repeated it. It made me feel like she didn't want me to enter. It took me approximately 90 seconds to go through self checkout with what I needed. As I walked out, she stared at me with obvious frustration that I continued into the store. I looked at the time, and there were still 4 minutes left. As new stores open in our community, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Nice and big and clean! I love the convenient check out in a corner with all the ready to eat sections: sushi, hot wings, fried and roasted chicken etc. Cheese counter, large beautiful meat counter, and fish. There's a great ready to grill meat section. There is no clothes and shoes section. The toy section is smaller than the store on watson. I love Fry's and this is no exception. My favorite part would be the outdoor eating area.

This store is huge and shiny, with extra-large aisles that are especially nice in this time of social distancing. The layout is vastly different than any other stores around, so I imagine there will be quite a learning curve for me to find where everything is.

But let me be clear: the main reason I'll come here is for the massive Murray's cheese counter. The selection is fantastic, with a wide variety of freshly-cut cheeses plus more prepacked cheese in nearby coolers. There are also gobs of accompaniments--crackers, preserves, honeys, etc. The nearby alcohol section is MUCH larger than I have seen in any other Fry's.

The cashier Kenya was very careless when handling our groceries. We ended up with sushi scramble, and she changed us more for the vegetables. In more than 3 vegetables, she made a mistake, like we got charged for tomato in the Vine instead of Roma tomatoes. Very bad check out experience

I had a very rude encounter with a cashier by the name of Emma. Emma if you hate working in the self checkout area where you essentially don’t really have to do much except assist people when their register alerts you to you should probably work somewhere else where customer service isn’t an in person interaction. You’re extremely rude and I hope the company corrects your behavior.
