The lady was really sweet. But I didn't check the reviews before ordering. To be fair she did the arrangements with only a one day notice. I was upset when I walked in and the arrangement for my grandmas funeral only had a hand full of flowers and did not come close to looking like a cross. She did say she didn't have the form for the cross but said that she could make it look like a cross. I didn't push for the cross but said ok when was told it could be made to look like one. Paid $125 for the same amount of flowers I could have bought at Walmart for $10. The other arrangement was supposed to have red roses and it literally had two. It was a better arrangement than the other.We paid $132 for it. But the red roses were sentimental to my grandma and it had two little ones placed in away that wasn't balanced with the overall arrangement.I was disappointed and a little embarrassed because those two arrangements were a centerpiece for the service. It looked like we didn't invest much and we did. The flowers were falling of as we brought the arrangement out to be placed on the grave. She did do the delivery free of charge to the funeral home nextdoor, less than 60 seconds away. And did express she had somewhere to be. Thank you for the delivery. Owner replied I didn't mention the importance of the red roses, I was greiving. When someone makes a request on a funeral arrangement it probably is for a heart felt reason. Who puts just two roses on an arrangement anyway I added pictures, you be the judge.

For Mother’s Day I took my sisters 7 year old to buy his single Mom flowers. The florist was already gone from the building but when we called she answered and turned around and made a little boy SO proud. So kind. Thank you. Beautiful flowers. She also made my wife very happy with yellow roses and my Mom happy with a beautiful arrangement of Lilies.

So at first when I ordered and saw the pic of what I ordered, I am not going to lie, I was disappointed. I called Fultondale Flowers and Gift to complain about it. And that's when Anita told me that the reason the arrangement wasn't what I expected is because I ordered through a website online, which charges their own fee in order to process an order, instead of calling her directly or going to her website directly. And not only that, when she received the order for what I wanted and she doesn't have the flowers for that order, she wrote the online flower company - who is like a middle man and completely unnecessary, by the way - and informed them of this and let them know what she did have. They, in turn, approved what she said she had to substitute in the arrangement. I never heard from the original website about any substitutes either. So by the time the online company received their cut of my order, taxes are taken out, and the delivery fee taken out, the money for the actual flowers is, like, half of what I paid! What?!?!?!?
Case in point, don't order flowers online. You waste money. Either call the flower shop directly or order from that shop's specific website.
I give 5 stars because when I called, she understood why I was calling and had no problem explaining to me what happened. She was nice when I spoke with her and calmed me down. I realized the problem wasn't her. It was the "middle man". Also, I have since ordered from Anita directly and got more for my money and the flowers were very pretty.

Anita, sent me a picture of what I was supposed to be paying for, it was pricey, but she promised to add flowers to the ten plants and a ribbon.
She promised to send me a picture of the finished product. She did not .
Flowers were for Monday, today Thursday she sent me a picture but it was not the first plant dish she said I was getting. Anita did nothing to resolve the problem. Basically would not even talk to me about resolving , the issue of why the two different arrangements. Do not use this flower shop
I am not claiming non delivery, at all, there has been confusion, but why would anyone contact a family member over this. Anita Rogers is something else. I never claimed non deliver, I wanted to be sure my family received what I wanted

This florist is extremely rude and acts very ugly. I had flowers delivered to me for mothers day today and they looked horrible. They were falling apart and wilting. They cost $90 and didnt even had a ribbon tied around the vase. I would highly suggest never using them. You could spend your money better at Wal-Mart. When I returned them the florist started yelling at me also. They are very unprofessional and mean.

Trust the reviews, don't go here. I ordered roses and paid a premium price for them, these roses should never have been sold in even the worst grocery store. When I pulled up to the florist, I knew I had made a bad decision. As much as I paid for these flowers that should've paid for six months rent.

I ordered flowers through our military website to send to my mother, first off the flowers weren't even the flowers I ordered, she received flowers she was allergic to. The flowers were wilted to top it all off. Was supposed to receive a dozen orange roses, copper gerber daisies, yellow daisies, butterscotch chrysanthemums, maple leaves.
My mother got sunflowers, pink carnations, two yellow roses and greens and some kind of tropical flower....... paid 70.00$ for 50+ flowers, received 13 flowers that I could have gotten at publix for a fraction of the cost and publix has a better quality, my mother called the florist due to the fact the flowers were just left on the front porch and they didn't even get her name, phone number or address to try and correct the issue...
By far the worst florist to ever put a bouquet together for a military family.
EDIT: I called the florist who immediately became rude, defensive, continued to make excuses for using cheap, wilted flowers that weren't paid for and then just hung up one me.
The florist then called my mother whom was the recipient of the flowers to complain to my mother about my complaint, the florsit was eradic while speaking to my mother, tried making the same excuses to my mother, and even asked my mother to not tell me that the florist called my mother to complain about my complaint.
Florist is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken with. You do NOT call the flower recipient to complain.
These people shouldn't even have a business.

This florist is rude, ugly, and unprofessional!! They sent flowers to my friend at the funeral home that had passed away and the flowers were wilted, dried, and horrible looking. I had ordered a wreath and they sent a small spray. I was embarrassed to have my name on the card. After 3 days of calling them and telling them about the flowers in a message, they finally called me back and was so ugly and rude to me over the phone, yelling at me and saying horrible things that I had to hang up so I wouldn't hear anymore from this unprofessional person. DO NOT BUY FROM FULTONDALE FLORIST, you will regret it. They charge a high price and deliver unworthy flowers that are meant for the dump instead of the person whom you care for. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN And if you care about the flowers looking nice from a professional company, you won't buy from FULTONDALE FLORIST either!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really believe that they did not expect for me to even see them, that they thought I was just sending them to the funeral home and would not attend, BUT THEY WERE WRONG!!! I only wanted something fresh, pretty, and sweet for my friend whom I would never get to see again. I Give a (one ) rating, only because that was the lowest, but if I could have given a (ZERO) rating, I would have because that is what they deserve!!!!!!
