I had been searching for a stylish but affordable office desk for my home, and this store had just what I needed. The staff listened to my needs and helped me pick the perfect desk for my space. The desk is made from high-quality materials and looks fantastic. It’s durable and spacious enough to fit all my office essentials. Given the quality, the price was a fantastic deal!

Excellent customer service given...for example they know when to come over and tell you about their pieces and they know to let you breathe so you can look and have your own thoughts and opinions. A lot of variety is offered and you can customize a piece like we did for our sofa by adding in a sleeper bed. We planned on visiting others but it turns out all we needed was this store. We are very pleased with our purchase. 😀

Furniture Innovations is a great company to work with. After waiting a few weeks for delivery of a Luonto Nico sleeper, it arrived with a gash on one of the arms which appeared to have happened in transit. We promptly notified them of the damage and they filed a claim with the manufacturer. The manufacturer reached out about filing a claim with the freight company but communications from them was spotty. Questions were not promptly handled. The sleeper was delivered right before Thanksgiving and with the Christmas holidays looming, we were sure it would be slow going. So after the holidays we contacted the manufacturer again, who then told us they cannot give us information directly and to contact Furniture Innovations instead. We then reached out to FI and let them know the manufacturer told us we should be working with FI and they wouldn't be able to give us updates directly. FI quickly went to work and ordered the part. Apparently, the arm can be swapped out and repair could be done onsite. After a few days, we were told the part could be replaced and scheduled a time. Credit also goes to the delivery/repair team who quickly noticed the original was not the exact equivalent of the part that was sent. So a new part had to be ordered. This is where FI went beyond. Due to the time since delivery, they decided to remove the part from one of their Nico sleepers at the store, brought it over and swapped it out while they waited for the replacement. Instead of us waiting for weeks, they turned around the same day and did the repair. Although it took about 6 weeks to get this dealt with, FI stepped up to resolve the issue. There are only 2 people at the shop and they were both stand up customer-oriented professionals. I'm happy to have chosen a local small business to buy from that takes care of their customers.

I visited twice and found the two salespeople here were very helpful and took their time to help us find something that met our needs but were not pushy into getting us to buy something.

We have a fairly small living room that's limited by a very small interior door (29" wide). This has made finding anything a complete pain. We already returned a Crate & Barrel couch that upon delivery couldn't fit through this smaller interior door. We were very picky because of this but they assured us if they didn't have it in stock they could get a custom order.

Lucky for us, they had a very similar couch on the show floor to the CB Barrett II we originally wanted that had even more in-seat storage and that could also pull out sleeper with better overall dimensions for our living room.

Best of all, they arranged for same day delivery at the same cost the big brand gave us for a 2+ week wait. We haven't had a couch for over a month so this was a great overall shopping experience! Definitely worth checking out!

Very poor customer service.

I have been in this shop twice now, once a few years ago and again today. Both times the salesperson was ridiculously unhelpful.

It took a long time to get anyone’s attention. Then they very brusquely told us there is no way to see the piece we want to see (listed on the website as available immediately). I tried to negotiate and offer $500 shipping / restocking fee just to have them move the sofa set where I can see it, and was refused. They also have ZERO REFUND, no exceptions!

So- basically their policy is customer has to fork over thousands of dollars without seeing the product, and if there is any problem you are just SOL.

I said i might even be Ok to order if I could at least see a similar style on the floor, and she said “no, sorry.” She wasn’t even trying to help me- just being rude and making me want to leave the store immediately.

Honestly, they might as well be an online store because there is no point in spending rent on a storefront or salary for staff here.

My fiance and I were looking for a couch. We went to many different retail stores but all those couches were either too big for our place, or not the right style we wanted. We finally stumbled upon Furniture Innovation at the end of our day. Semi was extremely helpful. She walked us through all the different styles and colors and she was extremely patient with us. We probably spend at least 30 min asking her questions and she just kept on answering all of them. Very very knowledgeable in this business. The best part was that we were able to customize our couch!

We received our new couch over the weekend (it was supposed to be 4 to 6 weeks but I think it was ready by the 3rd week) and we were very pleased. Highly recommend for anyone who needs new furniture.

Semi is amazing!!! If you are looking for high-end good quality and no lies, this is the place to go for furniture. I highly recommend this furniture store. I stayed here for over an hour plus making my decision and getting full descriptions and even was able to see the inside of how certain pieces of furniture were made from the displays and samples they have on the floor. I had a horrible experience with Ashley Furniture Colma, CA. This is a high-end luxury furniture store, and they have been in business in San Francisco for over 20 years, so that speaks volumes to their service and their products. I wanted something that was reliable, something that had a good name, and I found it for $2999 plus $160 delivery fee. And it's American made,
. . all wood 🪵 , firm, custom-made sectional Chaise. I can't wait for it to be delivered this week. I know I'm going to be a very happy camper. The display one was amazing, and I fell in love with it instantly. If you are looking for good quality and an honest furniture company this is the place!!! You get what you pay for, and I did not have a problem with coming out of the pocket and paying an extra $600 or $700 because it is worth it!
