Don’t get your leather goods repaired here. We wanted a zipper replaced on my husband’s travel bag, and they charged us 150.00 for the repair. When we got the bag returned, the shoulder strap was missing and the zipper did not work. When we brought this to their attention, we got a blank stare, empty apology, and no offer of even a partial refund. Wish I could

Edit for reply: we both know what you said is a lie. You offered a blank stare and an apology. You never offered a refund or compensation, your employee laughed when my husband asked for the repair receipt, and now request for us to call you back only after the bad reviews (to save face). You have our number. If you wanted to make it right, prove it. I’d change my review, but I’m not holding my breath.

Just get shoes somewhere else. That’s my recommendation

I stopped here looking for boots. Turns out I went to the right place.
Customer service is exemplary. The sales clerks delivered valuable advice on making my selection, they welcomed any and all questions. They were attentive, helpful, and funny to talk with. The store has a great selection compared to the other places I looked (Cabela's/Academy)
The store had a great pair of boots for me, and I can come back if there are any problems or if I need advice. That's why I bought local instead of ordering online.

I visited this place today to get some new work shoes with the coupon that my work provided me. The man who helped me (older gentlemen) told me about the stores history of being in business for over 70 years. He then Showed me the whole store and helped me look for the shoes I needed. He then gave me his thoughts on each type I looked at and also had great conversations along the way. I also purchased some new inserts for the shoes I bought. He cut them out and inserted them in the shoes for me. He told me the refund/return policy which was very generous as well. This was definitely my best shoe shopping experience of my life. I definitely recommend them for any shoe needs!

The owners and employees are Awesome. They have great prices and are always make sure customers are 100% satisfied. They are the only place I have know that has the best shoe repair. I highly recommend their store for your good quality work and play shoes.

Bought a pair of work boots on Saturday ,felt fine at store ,but when I wore them at work they kept irritating side of my toe. Called the store and they recommended I come in and see what they could do. They were very helpful and made sure I got a pair that worked.Very friendly and helpful people. Limited selection, but everything is great quality! Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Good service on shoe repair, too! They sell Clarks shoes, plus women's steel-toed and slip-resistant shoes, plus western boots and others.

Stopped by for the first time last week and the service was fantastic. I was dropping off a pair of boots for repair and everything was explained perfectly. Prices seemed more than reasonable and had a big selection of boots and work shoes.
