Stopped to buy a few items. Inside store Pepsi display said buy 2 for 4.99. Used self checkout and my GE card. Got receipt and was charged 6.99. Front store manager was there and I asked about price. She said no you had to buy 4 pulled out pamphlet. I said that is not what the sign on display said. She told me to follow her and we went to display where she ripped it off and said that’s not a store sign Pepsi put that up. I replied irregardless that’s the sign on display. I had to repeat that several times. I would have bought 4 if it said so. She turned around and I guess expected me to follow which I did to customer service. She then after several tries and complained loudly to coworker put back 4.00 on my card promptly turned her back on me even though I said thank you and left. She tried to make me feel like it was totally my fault. It was not and I wasn’t in any way demanding or rude. She was though. Surprised because usually everyone is very nice.

Every single time I seem to have an issue with the pharmacy, they never are on the same page with there policies. One time all my scripts can be automatic refills and the next time they cannot but magically texts they have been filled and this time they sent out a text but the other two were not filled and when I called to get the one filled she said yes you only have one refill left but it is from september ( umm excuse me ) that means you filled the wrong one somewhere and I went to pick it up 4 hours later and it wasn’t ready because they closed early yesterday and needed to catch up . You should have told me that on the phone then because not all of us live 5 min away and 4 hours should have been enough time and then they are so rude because you are upset because you came the whole way up here.

Pat R. of the butcher counter was a very big help to us as we were looking into values n cooking tips. He was very informative, we had a very nice shopping experience interacting with him. I had to be at Station Medical for surgical pretesting and afterwards my daughter and I decided to check this GE out. Place is massive huge! It is so organized and the employees were super friendly and helpful. A man named Roger was in the back putting away a truck and he just walked up to us and asked if we needed any help finding anything. He even came up to us again and said if something is out that we want he can always go in the back and see if they have it.. Wow! So nice! Our cashier was Sheldon and he was most awesome as well. We live in Everett but travel over there often. I do believe we will be doing our holiday shopping at that Giant Eagle 🙂

I don't shop here often, but I do use their pharmacy. The times I have shopped here have been decent. Good product selection. Pretty good prices and sales that I noticed. Very clean store.

For nearly a month now, the drive thru pharmacy window has been broke. Although I love the workers here, the store needs overall improvements. One the more pricey supermarkets in the area as well. This is a picture of how long the line to pick up a script is. One cashier open, when you have three techs in the back. Rediculous.

Horrible experience doing simple exchange! They need to hire employees that have knowledge n can do math!! Lady wanted to argue I owed her 11.20!! I took in two items 19.99 and exchanged for two items that was 14.29 they owed me!! It was long aggravating process to where I left after driving 30 miles!! I don't recommend this location!! They lost my business and I cancelled cake for daughter party as well! Since they can't do math I don't trust they'll put proper ingredients in cake mix!! Her dad got the cake and this is how amazing the writing is! Can't even read bottom hardly! They are very sloppy! Manager says cake looks beautiful! Not pleased with work and they didn't care it's not their daughter's memories! Then didn't want to fix cake or refund

Fabulous service by CRYSTAL!! We come shopping here every Sunday. The other day we came in and had something to be dry cleaned , we were asking another employee about it and they told us it was closed for the night. Crystal heard us and immediately came over and wrote up our dry cleaning order even though it was closed. She is the best. We always try to go thru her line. She is by far the best bagger. She goes out of her way for her customers, so friendly and helpful. Giant Eagle is lucky to have such a great, caring, friendly and conscientious employee. Thank you CRYSTAL for always being so wonderful and helpful to us!! 😆
