Fantastic RV Buying Experience – Highly Recommend!

We recently purchased an RV from Giant RV and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment our family and chaotic child walked through the door, we was greeted by friendly staff who were not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable. Everyone was incredible but we worked directly with Stuart as our sales representative. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect RV that met all our long list of needs for our 3rd RV.

The sales process was smooth and hassle-free. They weren’t pushy at all but provided valuable insights and guidance, which made our family feel confident in the decision to purchase at Giant RV. What really stood out was their attention to detail and genuine care for ensuring our entire family, including the 12 year old, was fully satisfied.

Customer service at Giant RV is top-notch. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Our family is excited about the new RV and we are so pleased that we chose to work with a local company that truly cares about its customers.

Giant RV in Murrieta has a great selection of RVs, from entry-level to high-end models. The showroom is well-organized, and the staff is knowledgeable without being too pushy. Pricing is competitive, and they offer decent financing options. However, service after the sale can be hit or miss, with some delays in scheduling repairs or getting updates. Overall, it’s a solid place to shop for an RV, but make sure to clarify service expectations upfront.

We purchased a new trailer last may. It kept having issues and ended up being in the shop approx 8 out of 10 months. We got it back March 1st. I was done! We went up to Giant RV in Murietta. My team was the best. Big shout out to Leslie, Tye, John, Leslie (with a beard!) and Rick. Leslie showed us Rockwood trailers we were interested in and I found the ONE. She made sure our truck could pull it. John helped us get out of our other trailer and worked with us to be able to afford the new one. Leslie (with the beard) worked with us on financing. When we went to pick it up it was spotless. Rick took us through every little thing inside and out. They treated us like family. They stood at the gate and waved goodbye as we drove off into the sunset in the trailer of my dreams ♥️

A year ago, we received devastating news that our oldest daughter had been diagnosed with cancer. With her living 100 miles away and a house full of our grandkids, we knew we needed to be there for her during this challenging time. It made sense to purchase an RV so that mom and grandma could stay close and help with her treatments and household needs. Just two days later, we were driving up to our daughter's house with the RV, ready to support her.

Fast forward to today, our daughter has made a full recovery and beat cancer! The RV served its purpose beautifully, and we decided to sell it. Once again, Michael stepped up to assist us. He provided invaluable guidance on the best way to sell the RV and helped us get the best possible return. Michael's generosity shone through as he even took the time to answer questions from potential buyers, which ultimately led to a successful sale.

We plan to purchase another RV when the kids graduate high school, and we wouldn't consider going to anyone other than Michael Ponn at Giant RV Murrieta. He is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his clients. We can't say enough good things about him. Thank you, Michael, for everything you've done for our family.

The sales staff are very knowledgeable, professional and personable. They were not overly aggressive or overbearing like a lot of sales people can be. I left with the impression that they truly want you to be comfortable with any decision about a potential purchase that you will make, over and above them simply making a sale. My wife and I had a great experience with Enrique yesterday. Very professional, knowledgeable, not pushy at all. We discussed what we were in the market for and he was great at showing us multiple options to choose from. We have been to Mike Thompson and Camping World and our experience yesterday with Enrique far surpassed both. We will be back with another couple to purchase two trailers.
