Every aspect of collaborating, creating, and purchasing my necklace was exceptional. I had been in the market for a simple, understated, yet unique black diamond pendant necklace for some time, and was not having much luck finding it until i walked into Giraux. Angela went above and beyond to create a custom piece with Sarkis that I fell in love with on the spot. Their level of professionalism and friendliness made my first time fine jewelry purchasing experience a joy. I couldn’t be happier with the piece they created, and the effort they put in to ensure its quality. I cannot recommend them more. I will be a return customer for sure. Thank you!

Giraux is an amazing jewelry store! What makes it special are the employees I have worked with! I’ve been a customer for years! I had a new custom jewelry request and worked with Zhanna! She was so awesome to work with! She was on it!!!! Sarkis, owner and designer, created the most gorgeous band for me!! He is a truly gifted designer/jeweler! I could not have gotten this perfect ring without either one of them! I cannot give them a high enough recommendation!!!! Love them!!!

Zhanna and Skylar went above and beyond to help create a ring for my wife. I have worked with the Giraux Team on multiple pieces of jewelry but this was a very unique piece of jewelry with sentimental meaning for my wife. What Zhanna, Skylar, and the Giraux Team did to source specific stones and then create from scratch this ring was amazing and my wife is so appreciative of all of work completed!

Sarkis and his team will treat you well! They put so much care in finding the perfect pieces and accents that you want in a ring. I appreciated how welcoming they were to a new customer. Often, jewelry shops can feel daunting and uppity, but the staff here is superb. 🙂
