For our very first experience it went GREAT. The young lady that was assigned to us was very friendly. The staff at check out and the lady that had to sew a snap back on was amazing and very friendly. The dress was a little too short but she still got second place in her very first ever pageant. We will definitely be back for any future purchases. Thank you all so much.

This was our first experience here. We came because they advertised a $99 sale. It was such a fun experience. The personal assistants they had were all so very nice. They didn’t push dresses. They did offer opinions if you asked them to. They also will help you try to find accessories to match your dress. They never once made us feel less than any other girl in there because we were shopping the clearance rack. They never rushed a single girl. They truly were about helping each girl find the perfect dress. I would recommend this store. If you are on a budget know your price going in and have a talk with your child so everyone is on the same page.

My daughter found her prom dress online and no one carried the designer locally. We found that Glitz and Gowns just started carrying this designer so we called them. They did not have the dress in stock but they could order it. We agreed to move on and purchased the dress unseen in the store. We live 4 hours away from them. It came 2 days later. The customer service was excellent from the first phone to the pick up of the dress. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a prom or formal dress. (Same dress but it unzipped to make a short dress also)

I came in February to get my prom dress and I ended up picking this gorgeous red Ashley Lauren and I had only ever tried it on once in the store and it fit like a glove so I purchased it. On that particular day, they were very busy so we were kind of being being rushed in and out of the dressing room, which I understand they have a lot of other people they need to get to so I didn’t spend a whole lot of time looking at the details of the dress. Well, once I got home about a week before my prom I tried it on again just to make sure everything looked right, my dress falling apart to say the least. The zipper was coming all the way off there were sequins falling off and threads coming out everywhere. There was also a blue sequin on my solid red dress. I’m not typically one to nitpick something but when you go into a store and you were willing to pay 700+ dollars for a dress I shouldn’t have to be sure there’s nothing wrong with it. It should’ve came in brand new condition but it definitely didn’t look like a brand new dress (my best friend came with me and bought a dress with a rhinestone corset and ended up having to order glue and rhinestones off of amazon to replace 12 of the rhinestones that were very obviously missing) . I called up there and they told me that I would need to bring it in and they pretty much made me feel like i was stupid for thinking anything was wrong with the dress, she also asked me “are you sure you haven’t worn this dress?” and asked me if I was sure that the dress was news because there was no tag on it, I never realized there wasn’t a tag until she pointed it out which was odd to me considering the tag was on when I tried the dress on. they ended up ordering me a new dress in the same size, but once I tried it on, it was entirely too small. I ended up just not eating leading up to the days of my prom and hopes that I could still squeeze into the dress but overall, I did not have a 10 out of 10 experience.

We had a great experience shopping for my daughter’s freshman HOCO dress. It was very busy/crowded but the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Katie Grace was attentive, super helpful and made it a fun experience.
