I've been visiting Golden Market since I was a child in the 1990s, and after moving back to the city in 2016, I've noticed that this place has only improved! The family-owned staff is incredibly kind and helpful; whenever I'm looking for something, they either have it in stock or are willing to arrange to order it. It's conveniently located within walking distance, and I always feel safe while shopping there. Fred truly has a heart of gold, and the rest of the staff is wonderful as well! Golden Market is the best place to shop in San Francisco! 😊

Best little gem in town! If you’re looking for a one-stop shop for top-shelf liquor, cold beer, and the perfect lineup of snacks, this is the spot! In a city of plenty options, for years this has been my go-to corner store ~ for convenience and especially for quality service. A beautiful family runs this location and from since opening some years ago they've always been wildly accommodating, kind, and peace-bringing. So very happy to recommend!
