I love my new mobility companion! She came packaged well. All I had to do was install the provided fuse; install the cup holder, cane holder, the front basket and attach the seat. I had to charge the battery at least 12 hrs as recommended. I then hopped on and took a ride. I’m so glad to now have more freedom to go anywhere. I have weight lifting limitations, but I lift her into and out of my TRUNK with no problems. It also come with a FAA/TSA approved battery and a carry case.
Pictures shows the box it arrives in and the scooter without the seat. I forgot to take a good pic of it seat attached.

It has not disappointed me, other than the module that needed to be replaced within a week of buying it. Compact, easy for myself to put in and out of a vehicle. Great speed. Love it.

I purchased my chair at Advance Mobility in Bend, Oregon. I am very pleased with it because it gives me the ability to go with other family for a day of shopping. I am able to go where I want to or see what I want to see without anybody needing to push my chair. The only comments I could make for improvements are to have an adjustable back, and a better turning ability. On a ramp with a U shaped corner, it "stalls" when trying to make that sharp turn at a slower speed. Having an optional battery that goes further would be helpful, too, since I find myself way on the opposite side of town, especially in summer months, and I have to be sure I can get back home on my own. I am very glad to have selected the Golden Ally Power Chair! I have had it for approximately 2-1/2 months, and I love it!

I purchased two identical lift chairs, one for home and one for office last year. After a month or so the remote in the home chair went out and was replaced by the local dealer. Since then, the home chair has had two additional remotes and the office chair has had one. Now the home chair remote is not functioning properly again. The preset buttons and the leg support buttons quit working (see photo below, circled buttons do not work) . After this happens, then the remote control will give you an aggressive electric shock if you touch the end of it opposite the cord. Loud enough, it can be heard in adjacent rooms. The last two remotes golden technology sent me, they asked that I send back the old remotes, and I did, with a note as to what was wrong and gave them a variety of ways to contact me which they never did. I have owned a golden technology chair before and was a returning customer because I liked their quality. However, these last two chairs appear to be a nearly $6000 mistake. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to them by phone, and was told in a pretty hateful manner that I needed to deal with the local people I bought them from but these folks here in my town are clueless as how to get the problem fixed. There is something wrong with their product and they do not seem concerned. I have tried to contact them through their website and after filling out the entire questionnaire, it will not let me submit. The submit button is not active in their website.
So as it stands, if you need some very expensive frustration, and some mild to moderate electrocution, this is your product.

The company has agreed to replace one of the chairs, and we will see how the other chair does. Again, it was not a mechanical issue, but an electrical issue. The build is nice and strong, materials good, but the controls and/or motors are the issue.
Perhaps an issue with a secondary parts source ?

well made scooter Avenger GA541.... delivered and assembled by NeeditNow delivery service from Victory Medical supplier for EWMS. The crate from Taiwan was unopened but scooter was mostly assembled, did not see a safety flag that is listed in the manual and there were extra bolts that we do not what they are for.

Ordered custom November 4, 2025, delivered mid-February 2025. Lots of bells and whistles but you pay for them--mine was in the $3500 range. A lot for a recliner but decided it was worth the expense.

Solidly constructed. There is some hesitation when using the remote to adjust positioning, but not a big deal. I did discover a wire sticking up just under the back of the seat---discovered by puncturing my finger. That was annoying.

The "Twilight Zone" doesn't do a heck of a lot. The lumbar support option is useful. Extended footrest is advisable if you're 6 feet or more. Wow, that option plus others are very pricey.

Two more things: if you have questions, you cannot talk to someone at the company. They don't engage with customers. You have to address questions to the retailer who is selling the chair. Problem with this is, depending on the question, you have to wait for the seller to contact the company, get an answer, then get back to you. Why somebody in the company can't take an occasional call from a potential customer is beyond me.

The other thing: there was some kind of SNAFU with delivery of my chair. Not the company's fault, but it happened. But I'll say this: I paid the whole charge up front. Don't know what would have happened if I'd have asked to do 50% on ordering and the other 50% on delivery. Up front I was told it might take two months for the chair to be built and delivered. It would have been nice if somebody at the company or the store kept me apprised of the status.

We received good constructive information when we were looking for my chair. Customer service is fantastic. They go above and beyond, we bought my chair then my husband liked it so he looked for a used one. After we got it there were several issues. They came out and helped us several times to have it working correctly. Get service from the get go. And I love my chair. Waiting now to have knee surgery (the reason we originally bought mine).

Just returned from a cruise to Panama canal.
the scooter performed superbly. I had no problem with a disability room. Room was large enough to completely store the scooter and area for charging. I am now looking for a electric wheel chair from Golden.
