I took my clubs in for a loft and lie adjustment, which was done very quickly. I, however, had given Terry the wrong lie specs. Took them back a couple of days later and Terry made the fix right away and didn't charge me for my mistake. When I objected to the no charge, he just said to pay it forward. Great guy and great work. I highly recommend this shop and I will definitely be back often.

From my initial call to the store regarding a club fitting, to the moment I was walking out of the store with my new fitted clubs and afterwards, my experience with Terry at Golf West was top notch and I highly recommend this shop to everyone... Terry's a super nice guy who puts you at ease immediately through the whole fitting process, and is genuinely interested in finding the right setup for your particular swing... He's been doing this for a long time and it shows, both with his attention to detail and most importantly in how much he enjoys his work and taking care of his customers... I'm very pleased with my new clubs, getting fitted is literally a game changer and I lucked in getting it done at Golf West... Thanks again Terry for the excellent experience, I will be back!

I have been using Gold West for 3 decades now. Terry has alway been professional, prompt and provides excellent service. I have had cubs fitted, made, repaired and altered. He was able to help with a golf canada insurance claim, still having access to a receipt for a club I purchased a decade earlier. He’s my “go to” person for my golf equipment needs.
