Great experience there. While Divine Discount has better prices, the selection here is so much better. And the prices are still good. I got 10 shirts for 65 or 70 dollars. And if you get a tag of the day item, the savings are incredible. I got two pairs of jeans for 5 dollars for both. Friendly and helpful store workers, too.

Good prices, but return policy is absolute trash. There aren’t any fitting rooms so you just have to pray that what you bought fits you, and if you’re unlucky and you need to return some clothes, better bring a wallet cuz you’ll be wasting money for just returning items.
I bought some items using a coupon a little bit ago and a good handful of clothes I bought ended up not fitting. I went to exchange what I bought the next day. Because of the coupon, I got a budget of thirteen dollars from five items. I figured that I could reuse the coupon because it was an exchange. Five clothes for five clothes, right?
Well, I could, but the coupon was for $30 and above, and it still stood by that even for an EXCHANGE!!! Had to buy the socks they offer on the counter just for my $26 worth of clothes (again, five items of similar pricing to the returned items) to reach the coupon requirement just so I could get the same discount I got from my first purchase. I literally lost money just trying to exchange clothes. Terrible policy. Goodwill should either bring back the changing rooms or actually do refunds. I’ll be looking into different thrifting stores from now on because I don’t have enough in my wallet to play these games.

Terrible goodwill. I love supporting this organization but this one will never again get my donations. My pregnant wife took a drop off of things and when she asked for some help the man working on 8/2/24 simply pointed to the bins with a broom. No words were spoken and zero help was offered. Sad for humanity since clearly she could have just used a little help. That’s all.

Seriously?!? Who is pricing here now. Products are more expensive or equal to buying new. Time to find better thrift stores. They've gone off the rails here.

Had a very unpleasant experience. As my son was getting ready to pay and in line, he overheard the manager ( bald white male) quietly tell an employee ( very young looking girl) I’ll have to take out to dinner. Her reaction was very embarrassed and uncomfortable. We do not tolerate sexual harassment! We will not be shopping there! Will be reporting to headquarters!
