There’s no point in reporting bad or fake reviews because they do nothing about it. Google is a fake company with no customer service phone number or customer support I don’t know how this company is still running and opened. Fake company and terrible business practices. And would love to post this review with no star but there fake company won’t allow you to.

I would like to know why random apps (that I can't even open... )that clearly are only there to invade privacy and sell your information... I have literally hit the stupid unistall button on multiple occasions and wow... it just stays...about to get some lawyers involved because this is ridiculous... not the only app or only time this has happened...

Google Fi has a great wireless service, but its customer support is by far the worst I have encountered. They have some big problems with the business side of the service that need to be fixed before I would recommend it.

I have been locked out of my account without a valid reason and process for re-verification of my account (again i don’t see a reason after having been with google for so long) is estimated at 7 days!! After trusting google with my work i am now at their mercy. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.

Can't access a very important Gmail account. They turned on 2-Factor Authentication against my wishes, and now the attached phone is not working and I can't access the account. On top of that I'm about to lose that phone number, so I may lose this account for life.

My experience with your services is fine and all, but could please change the ratings systems in various google products to allow for NO STARS when warranted?
I think more of your consumers would super appreciate that option.

This has nothing to do with visiting Google. Your "help" system ( setting up my Fitbit) DOES NOT WORK. So I am returning the fitbit to Amazon and will find an operating system that ACTUALLY OPERATES.
