It was a great experience exploring the various buildings and the services offered by Google in those. Also, received excellent assistance from the staff. I also had the chance to visit the cafeteria and try the coffee and food, which was a nice touch.

There was plenty of parking for visitors, and the staff provided great guidance on where to go. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable visit.

If you love Google’s products then you need to visit their physical store. It’s on Google’s main campus in Mountain View so you can also club a tour and if you get hungry there is a great cafe right next to it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Products are available to try with guidance from the staff if you need it. There is a technical support desk to help you set up any hardware you purchase and there is a kids area to keep the young ones occupied. There are multiple parking lots at walking distance.

If you want to truly see all the wonderful things that Google does for the world, you need to visit this place and read about what they do there daily. The bikes are for employees but me and my kids decided after an hour of walking around the bikes were the way to go. There is a great gift shop to buy all your Google merch and Google products. Also next to the store is a great little cafe to get some food and drinks.

Super cool Google Store at Mountain View!! There’s short term parking just across the street by GV or a larger parking lot across the other street. Enjoy!

The store itself is awesome. Very professional and friendly staff, amazing kids area (mine didn't want to leave), but c'mon separate Google and Google Fi Who made this genius decision? You are a Fi customer, you want to buy a new pixel, but no, the only way to get the phone with Fi promotion is to order it online and wait.

Phone repair service here is terrible. They fixed an issue with the screen (known manufacturer issue) and soon after I left the store, I noticed that the front camera did not work. This was an issue caused by the screen repair, and I did not have camera issues prior to that. I was told I had a 90 day warranty on the phone following the repair, but now that I've informed Google of the issue with the camera, I'm being told the warranty only covers the screen. However, my issue with the camera was caused by the phone repair at the Google store.

0/10 I would not recommend getting devices fixed here.

It was a great visit, the store is visually striking, you will have the chance to interact with the real devices, learn about the materials, colors, shapes and touch them, too. Don't forget to visit the cafeteria, it has a good selection of sandwiches, a coffee bar and delicious desserts.

Super fun store!! We've been a google fan since forever! We went to get my pixel buds. Everyone who works there is so friendly and accommodating, the store is also dog friendly, kid friendly! The cafe is also amazing! The bathrooms are so fun and clean! It's colorful and fun overall! Can't wait to go back!
