Wow, the quality of the product you get with Nina is incredible. From a few emails and a rough sketch literally drawn on a lined note pad, Nina was able to 100% bring life to my vision. My fiance and I are having a more formal, traditional wedding, so we decided we wanted something more fun for our save the date. We liked the idea of a 'cartoony,' 'cute' map of Pittsburgh that called out some of our favorite places. Nina had never done a map of Pittsburgh, but was totally up for the task! A few emails and images of landmarks later, I had something beautiful and fully custom for our wedding. Everybody wants something 'bespoke' for their wedding right? Well that's EXACTLY what you get from Nina and Gooseberry Press. We got glowing compliments for our save-the-date, including several 'best I've ever seen' reviews. On top of everything, Nina was so nice to work with. She didn't try to change our vision at all, and was extremely accommodating when we asked for a few 'design tweaks.' No ego or hurt feelings at all. This is a fully-custom product, so definitely expect it to take some time to finish, but it's totally worth it in the end. Thank you Nina for giving our wedding the BEST first impression!

Nina is extremely responsive and her items are adorable. High quality as well. Very vibrant ink colors. I found out about her company when she was spotlighted on GMA Deals. I ordered state (PA and WV) tea towels for new home and wedding gifts. I forgot to order 1 and contacted her to add. She immediately got back to me and added it to my order. They arrived quickly from West to East Coast. They are just beautiful. I am excited to gift them.

Excellent! Fantastic customer service! I am a customer fanatic of sorts.... so when a business reacts to a problem I’m having in a timely manner I feel it’s important for me to take some time to give them a rave review. Ordered the gorgeous tea towels from an ABC deals n steals and had a slight issue.... I sent an email..... BOOM... I immediately got a reply and an apology and 2 days later my towel was in my mailbox!! From coast to coast!
Exceptional service! I figured I’d wait for 6-8 weeks since these towels were featured on prime time and they’d be swamped! Nope.
Customer service means everything! Because so many small businesses are understaffed, things have a tendency to fall through the cracks.

I hired Gooseberry Press for a very complex historical map of the Barbary Coast here in San Francisco. My client had just moved offices to this neighborhood and wanted a very large map with whimsical historical stories of events that happened at specific points on the map. This map would be hung in the main conference room as piece of art and a conversation piece. This client of mine is a very successful ad agency, so it had to be very upscale and accurate.

Gooseberry Press pulled it off beautifully. Oh, and did I mention that despite all of the research that needed to be done and the high profile nature of the piece, it had to be finished for their "grand opening" event. So, the deadline was not flexible. Despite the quick turnaround time, we got a wonderful piece that was the talk of the party.
