Above and Beyond!

I ordered a Finals Survival Kit from Gracefully Gifting for my college daughter to be delivered the week of finals. She was informed two weeks before finals week that none of her classes would actually have in-person finals and that she could move home for the summer a week early. I emailed Gracefully Gifting (at 10 pm) and IMMEDIATELY got a reply that they would deliver to her dorm the very next day! Sure enough, the next day it was delivered AND I received a text from the store that it was dropped off, where and with whom! Amazing customer service! Will definitely be using them again!

Where do I begin to gush over an angel in Lawrence I sent my daughter bid gifts during rush week. If you are familiar with this process, you know it's grueling!! Your nerves are shot and have no idea what to do with yourself. Thankfully I had Ashley the Angel not only rooting for my daughter, she also asked personal questions to be sure the basket was special for her. She takes pride in her business and loves on her customers. I've already used her services three times and I look forward to sending those I love more gifts from her. MUST USE!!!
