A well stocked Chinese grocery store! New owners a year or so ago are continuing to update and reorganize. New shelving, cold units, and now checkouts. The shelves are now filled with a LOT of merchandise, nicely organized. The best selection of teas in town! Everything you would want for canned, packaged goods - sauces, seasonings, noodles, snacks. Produce, fresh meat is limited but the vegetables are fresh. Tucson is lucky to have an Asian supermarket with Leelee’s, but I grew up with smaller markets like Grantstone and G&L serving the Chinese community. Nice to see this store being refurbished. If you haven’t been lately, check it out.

Employees are knowledgeable. Even though some of them struggle with English. They still helped me and I found what I was looking for. My wife Is Chinese and she sometimes sends me here for unique goods unknown to the "English folk" if you know what I mean. I picked up one of the melons I got sent for and got this slimy sticky stuff all over my hands though. Beware what you touch here. It'll make you sticky. Just joking. Come here for your oriental needs. The customers are more rude than the actual employees.

Dropped off the pooch to get a spay. everyone was super friendly. There was a huge line when we got there, but it went extremely fast. There will be an update at the end of the day to see how the procedure went.

I used to live right by this store and it suited all of my grocery needs. Large selection of fresh produce, with interesting imported foods. They always have shiitake mushrooms stocked! And you can buy a bunch or pre-peeled garlic for no more than $2.

If you appreciate a real neighborhood market than you probably will appreciate Grant-Stone. 1st I spoke to Steve six months ago and then with Jackson today. They truly care about customers. Twice they could have easily taken advantage of me.
Instead they help. I am in Scottsdale. I drove to their store in January and hope go again this month, June 2024. I 1st drove there for an excellent rice no one else had. In the store I found other things I could not find anywhere. They are helpful hardworking people. They truly help.
Much more than just words. Please consider that if you look at when reviews were posted almost all bad reviews were with the prior management. I read most of the reviews.

Here they have a wonderful mix of foods from different cultures, not just Asian cultures. I first came here looking for ingredients to make a Nigerian Fish recipe.
They had them all 🙂 There are quite a few things you can buy here that are hard to find anywhere else! I also appreciate that they have great prices on beer and good prices on cigarettes, I'm a bad boy.

Great Asian market with a nice selection of fruits, vegetables, meats and packaged goods including imported items that are not available at other local markets.

The store smells horrible. However they have a nice selection of not only food but Asian household items.
