This place was absolutely awesome. I love how my barista and I were talking and she curated me a drink based off my preferences! The potato, egg, and cheese roll is made like a cinnamon roll with sourdough and was absolutely delicious with some maple syrup!

Ground Ops Roastery and Bakery is an adorable coffee shop that has the all-American vibe.
There's a nice variety of bakery items to choose from as well as coffee options. I ordered the latte with oatmilk and vanilla flavor. It was pretty good, the flavor was slightly smokey and smooth. It's worth trying out if/when in the area.

This, is a amazing location!!! My wife wanted breakfast and coffee at a new location and we found this! As soon as you walk in it had a amazing aroma of coffee!! The breakfast roll was amazing!!! Try the berry bliss coffee!! We wanted dessert but we were full!!

Such a trendy local coffee shop! I had a great visit here, where the white chocolate mocha and cookie butter lattes were delicious. It is a bit pricey here, but i honestly didn’t mind as the service was great, the flavors were original and yummy, and the atmosphere inside of the shop was cozy and uplifting! They change flavors frequently and I’ve heard the cinnamon rolls are amazing. A good place for some sweet treats.

I do hope they open another location with a bigger parking lot, as the parking honestly sucks and you just hope you don’t scrape your car as you pull in.

I bought the churro roll, and it was dense, dense like a metal, it barely had any flavors, and it was more like a very very very dense bread, like a cement wall, not fluffy or airy and to chew through it for a long long time. Some parts of it were undercooked and you can taste the batter, it felt like eating a raw dough and it costed over $7 for one. Really not worth it. It was just a very thick undercooked bread and not cinnamony at all.

Ground Ops is a go-to spot for sweet and savory treats for the office and board meetings. They have an excellent selection, and it is always adding new and creative choices. My favorites (right now) are the lemon/blueberry roll, the spinach and feta roll and the original hello cake! It has great gluten-free options and veggie minded patrons. I am not a coffee drinker, but I do enjoy their Chai Latte. The owners are regularly seen welcoming their guests and engaging in thoughtful conversations. The shop is bright and welcoming with wonderful indoor / outdoor seating. It has a great space to comfortably sit and catch up with friends or hide away and study for the upcoming exam. I am thankful for this sweet treat of a location in Tallahassee!

Ground Ops is a wonderful and cozy little cafe. My husband and I ordered both sweet and savory rolls. My favorite by far is their original cinnamon roll. It’s sweet, chewy with the perfect amount of glaze. The Hello cake was buttery and vanilla-y. We shared a bacon egg and cheese roll which was perfectly balanced between the eggs and dough. The coffee was delicious! They have a wide variety of flavored syrups and good sized cups. We will definitely be back for more. Congratulations to Chris and his family for creating such a great place.
