I’m very disappointed in Growing Tree Toys. In the past, I had great experiences. Today, I went to buy hundreds in toys, but was met with zero assistance and being told they were too busy to help me. I was literally told to get out of the way so they could move boxes around. The owners were there, and both acted like I was an absolute nuisance. I had to actually ask (beg) if I could something bc it had just come in a shipment. I was under a deadline because they chose to close for toy expos and remodeling. I now understand remodeling is their top priority over customers. I really can’t believe I’m going to have to not shop local because the experience was so poor. I won’t patronize a place that acts like hundreds spent is a favor on their part. Both owners were completely agitated I was in their presence. Nope!

I haven't been into the physical store, but I just received my second online order today, and I am thrilled with my interactions! I found the store searching for a better price on something I wanted on Amazon, and Growing Tree beat them big time on that item. The first order went so well, I decided to check out their website for Christmas shopping, and WOW! I'm so excited to gift all the things I found! Everything I ordered is so cute, and the type of toys that I actually WANT to give!

Now, let me talk about customer service. They pack the items really well, and right away. They get the order out as quickly as humanly possible! (Then--fortunately--USPS did the thing, too.) The order got here extremely quickly. It's crazy impressive!

Yes, you're going to pay more here vs. like Meijer or Walmart, but the toys are high quality, beautiful, unique, and of a higher standard overall than the "big box" stores. These are items that kids will want to pass down to their own kids some day, because they're just that special.

Super helpful staff and amazing selection of quality toys. We love exploring and really enjoy the toys for our kids ages 1-6. There are a lot of items sold here that cannot be found locally elsewhere.
