I've had nothing but satisfaction with Tim and Janie. The service at GT Auto is great. I think they go above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I feel I can trust the work they've done on my Saturn. If I ever need to replace it I would certainly start there. I am a very happy return customer.

Tim and Janie are the best! My husband swore by them and would not let me take my Saturn anywhere else. When he became soo ill that I needed another vehicle to transport him tho his radiation treatment, they let me test drive several vehicles until I decided on my current vehicle I purchase from them.. They are the best and they really do care. This shop may charge more than others but you get what you pay for. I can only go once a year now because of my limited funds, but I will not go anywhere else. They are the best and most caring individuals.

I was a long time customer and I always had paid my bills on time and sometimes ahead of time with this company. When I got pregnant I wanted to upgrade my car at a different dealer, so I returned the car back to my parents since it was under my fathers name and it came with the understanding that they would continue paying it. I had contacted GT Auto Center telling them what would be happening. They assured me they would be shredding my card information, but guess what turns out they never did. Months have passed and on January 2020 they decided to charge my card for the car payment plus giving my bank an overdraft fee. I called and complained letting them know that I am not legally responsible for this vehicle anymore and actually have never been, since none of my information was on the contract. They told me every time they don’t receive a payment on time they will be charging my card. It does not matter to them that this car isn’t in my possession, isn’t mine and does not have my name on it. Not a good place to do businesses if in the end they are going to be sneaky and slimy.

Terrible they give you cars that break down within days. They will fix it and then brake down within hours after fixing it happened 3 times now they are refusing to refund my 2400$
Be warned don't go here
