On the first wash and after following the washing instructions this seam unstitched. The employee told me that they couldn't help me in any way because it was over 1 month since the purchase. This jacket was over $100. I do not recommend buying Guess jackets to anyone. Eddie Bauer has stylish and durable jackets for about the same price.

Went into the Guess outlet today (Easter) and was pleasantly surprised how well the customer service was!! I has helped by a gentleman who went above and beyond customer service!! He was the only gentleman working there! He helped me pick out two new pairs of jeans for my son and a few Guess blouses for me including some men's cologne for my man!! I highly suggest you go to the Guess outlet and see for yourself!! You will not regret it!!

The staff was just not with it. Simple request I made to open changing room and they came off as if interrupting their gossip session was fatal. 3 of them and me as the only customer in the store on a Saturday late morning. Y'all...retail won't survive much longer like this!

Very bad service, associates were in the front. No one greeted me, they were just talking. Hanging out on the cash wrap. I walked around to buy Christmas gifts & didn’t get acknowledge at all. I would of understand if it were busy but it was very slow.
