I love coming to this GC location because the staffs here are super welcoming and helpful! They have a wide variety of electric guitars, acoustic guitars and many other instruments.

They let you try out different instruments freely and it feels super comfortable being there. Whenever I have a question, the staffs were extremely friendly and helpful! They even let me bring my guitar in to try out different amps. Greatly appreciate whoever was helping me the other day!

Very helpful. I came into the store looking for a starter electric guitar for my daughter. As we wandered aimlessly and looked at those beautiful guitars on display; we were approached and helped. I feel comfortable and gain knowledge before making my purchase. Thank you.

Had a fantastic experience at this Guitar Center with getting a guitar restrung. I was greeted almost immediately after walking into the store and was assisted by Jay. I explained my situation and that I was only in the area for a few hours. He said that a typical turnaround time for restringing a guitar was a few weeks, but he ended up restringing the guitar while I waited. He could have easily said I’d have to come back, but he took my guitar and finished up with it in about 10 minutes. I didn’t shop, but they seemed to have a nice selection of new and used guitars. Nice, clean store with a lot of staff to help you out.

I learned real fast how deceptive Guitar Center's online shopping is. I placed an order for next day pickup for an item listed in stock. I then get an email with a tracking number for the item to be shipped to the store. Apparently, this is common from them as confirmed by their customer service rep. I could've shipped it to my house! I wished I had researched before purchasing. I hate that they got me with the bait and switch. I then went into the store today to see if it was available as it's still listed as in stock. Nope! Another lady was going through the same issue. Then told me it would take them 2 weeks to cancel my order if I didn't pick it up. WHAT? I know they went bankrupt a few years ago and now I understand. Now, my grandchild's gift is stuck in Kansas because Guitar Center is a liar!

For the first time in my long history as a customer, a young, smiling employee helped me, advised me, and made me feel happy about buying some simple strings for my guitar. He didn't say the famous and useless "may I help you?". Instead, he looked at the products I chose to buy and cordially gave me information about them that I didn't know. This happened on Saturday afternoon, December 21, 2024. Although I live far away, I will return every time I need to. The service is worth the trip.

My go-to. Convenient and friendly. But sometimes very busy and requires patience or longer time for simple purchase. Would love self check out option for strings or other small items!

I’ve been a GC customer all my life. Almost every guitar and equip purchase between Cherry Hill and Plymouth. This location specifically is relaxed and leaves you to roam freely. Feels more like a library for players to explore, which I like. When I need something, I find someone floating, ask if they’re busy and tell them what I need quickly. And they usually will have it handed to me in minutes (sales folks, esp floor retail will appreciate this). They’ll check on me every few minutes. Simple and effective.

The whole crew is great, works hard and enjoys being there. I wish I knew them all by name because they all have helped me so much purchase some great gear. I’m a customer for life.

Pretty good store friendly staff. Good products. Unfortunately as far as DJ controllers, not really stocked. That's what I'm into. But otherwise good spot
