Was in there today, couldn’t believe how bad they let the hermit crab area go! There were at least 5 dead crabs, out of their shells, being eaten, not a good setup! Go next door, look for the shark mouth, way better!

bathrooms suck. tells you to wash your hands, broken soap dispenser, no soap, no paper towels, air dryer that doesnt hardly work, dirty in general. a bathroom is a hard thing to mess up.

My last experience was majorly better the store is about the same when it comes to its souvenirs overall I think its a great place to go if you can't figure out what you're planning to do next and want to kill some time.

Great stuff but the cashier was rude. She was on a call the entire time with bluetooth. We were trying to pay with gift cards but she was no help at all she wouldn't tell us what was happening other than it was declined. She didn't let us know if the cards were declined because of the balance or not. We ended up not getting anything.

So the place has a decent selection of things but, look out for the old lady with glasses that works there. She is very rude. She made sure to kept telling everyone that they are closing in 15 minutes. She also ignored a customer that asked where the restroom is because she was too busy counting down her register when they were not even closed yet. Obviously she hates her job and paying customers.

Please everyone beware of this store. They dont keep care of their hermit crabs. Was just in there and crabs had no water and most were dead because of no water. I used my own water to give them what I could. The lady at the register said well I guess I should go water them stinky things. Please avoid this store. If I could give 0 stars I would but I had to at least put 1 to leave this review.

Very disappointed! The workers weren't friendly, the prices were outrageous, and the aisles were crowded with clutter. The souvenir shop next door, Souvenir City, was so much better!! It's the shop with the shark. It's worth it.
