I recently had the unfortunate experience of shopping at Gypsy Soul boutique, and it was nothing short of a complete disappointment. Not only did I encounter subpar customer service, but the quality of their products was absolutely abysmal.

First and foremost, I purchased a pair of shoes for my sister, and to my dismay, they started falling apart after a mere two hours of wear. Understandably, I returned to the boutique, seeking a resolution. However, the lady at the store blatantly refused to offer an exchange, citing the lack of a receipt as the reason. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation by later returning with the receipt, she then claimed that my sister wearing the shoes outside was grounds for denial.

This level of inconsistency and refusal to stand behind their products is simply unacceptable. It is shocking to witness such a lack of accountability and unwillingness to address the obvious manufacturing defect in the shoes.
