Jeremy gave me a kind welcome stepping in the door. A mechanic quickly figured out the problem with my power steering system. In and out in an hour. No overselling, just fixed the problem and got me on my way. Thank you HQ Automotive team !!

All around fantastic experience! Long story short, I had to figure out what was wrong with my car ASAP so I could ship it the next day. After being turned down for a walk-in by several other local shops, these guys let me walk in, walked me through what the issue was, and were courteous and professional throughout the entire experience. Probably some of the best customer service I ever received from an automotive shop. Their pricing was also extremely fair. If I wouldn’t be PCSing, I would only use this shop for my future automotive repairs.

HQ has been my go to shop for
over 10 years. I honestly come here for EVERYTHING! Super fair prices, friendly and professional staff and the work is second to none! Not to mention the shop itself is the only one I’ve come across that my kids don’t mind waiting at.

Their price estimate for the repair was accurate but they completely failed to mention the $175 that would be charged for an oil change they offered to do because they “had to take those parts out anyways”. So our $300 estimate ended up being a $505 bill. We called the following day to give them a chance to make it right. We told them had they communicated the additional service charge for the oil plus $100 oil we would’ve opted to do our oil ourselves or on eielson like we usually do. They never called us back. We will not be doing business here again. The lack of communication was totally unprofessional.

Jeremy helped us in a big pinch fix a wheel bearing on a trailer while we were in the area. He knew we were in need, fit us in, and worked on it himself. Great work ethic, friendly, and fair. We will definitely use his services in the future!! Call him!
