Adopted a pup, didn’t want to buy a new couch till he stopped chewing. Found a great leather one, great price & condition. Everyone in from the ladies upfront to the guys that helped Me load were ALL TOPS!! Would give 10 stars if I could!!

I tried donating a perfectly good couch, and the truck driver rejected it because he thought he had seen a hole that was the size of a pin needle. When I inspected it closer, it was only a little darker spot due to the microfiber. They wasted my time, I had uploaded 4 pictures when scheduling for him to decide that little dark spot was a tear. I had to squint to even see what he was referring to.

A family could have used this futon, and now they can't because this driver used poor judgment. Additionally, he told me they want perfect condition stuff so they can resell and make money off of it for tax write. This is horrible to admit, and obviously, this store does not care one bit about benefiting the community. Integrity apparently doesn't apply to this organization anymore.

This place only wants brand new stuff and is not gently used. Do not donate here if you want your time wasted.

Absolutely horrible. Tried to donate an old loveseat and they refused to take because of some minor stains on the material. I had to send photos of the piece before they sent someone to pick up and then they refused to take it. A free piece of furniture that is not going to end up in the dump rather than made available for a family to take on.

They have a lot of good things and you can get construction materials tools and other household items. I got mixing bowls and my boyfriend Levi got tools and a paint sprayer
I will definitely come back and proceeds go to help people have a home!

I love this location, and they often have a nice selection of couches, side tables, and similar furniture. I've gotten many furniture pieces from here that I still have, years later. They also tend to have a lot of hardware, flooring supplies, and kitchen cabinets.

I visited the West Norriton Restore recently and, having been to the Phoenixville and Quakertown Restore shops I have to say I was a bit disappointed. While the West Norriton Restore appears to be a bit more organized, their selection is smaller and their prices are higher than the other Restore locations I've visited. Some of the items are not much cheaper than retail.

I love a place with a purpose... This place is good for odds and ends. I like to pickup a used power tool or two every few weeks here. You can sometimes find a really good deal. They have their own brand of pain and new paint supplies for very reasonable prices and well below that of Home Depot. Check the back room for plates, glasses, kitchen items. Be on the lookout because every now and again you find a really great deal on something.
