I stayed here overnight on my way to Seqouia. The location right off the highway is perfect and a good place to stay the night before heading to the parks. Tulare is relatively quiet but there's a few chain stores and restaurants nearby which are convenient. The hotel is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The gentleman working the front desk late at night was super friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Honors in Tulare, CA, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff oversold their ability to accommodate our needs, particularly when it came to breakfast. There were 35 military personnel training and leaving before the scheduled breakfast time, and despite assurances from the staff that they could move breakfast up to accommodate us, they suddenly stopped serving without any notice. This lack of communication was frustrating and left many of us without a meal before our departure.

To make matters worse, the general attitude of the staff was far from welcoming. One employee, Austin Gouveria, in particular, displayed a clear disdain for the customers. His dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were shocking and made the experience even more unpleasant. It felt as though our concerns were an inconvenience to him rather than a priority.

Overall, I expected much more from a Hilton property, especially in terms of customer service and communication. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I hope they can improve their service in the future.

Last night I was having such a bad day. But as soon as I walked into the Hampton
Amber H greated my family so well. I felt so welcome in the hotel. Her smile and personality lit up the room and made my family feel so comfortable. Everytime I go to tulare I will alway check in to the Hampton.

We booked this hotel after a three-night stay at the spark down in Bakersfield. We specifically chose a Hampton property because of needing to do our laundry only to arrive and find out they don't have an on-site laundry. Well, neither did the spark. And the spark cost less than half what this hotel did. Do not get me wrong. Their staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. But when you anticipate an amenity and then the rugs pulled out from underneath it, that's a problem. So again don't come to this Hampton expecting to be able to catch up on laundry because they are missing that and we only spent the one night there so I'm not sure what else they're missing

Absolutely perfect stay starting with our check-in with Amber, a friendly professional & informative gal about the hotel & Tulare area. The room was very clean & everything needed was already there! Check-in & check-out was smooth & easy. My little dog was as welcome as the people & they even had beds & disposable dishes if you need them. The Hotel had great security as well which is totally unlike La Quinta where we had been staying! I can't say enough about The Hampton Inn & Suites to cover how great our stay was. The breakfast was exceptional too! 😜. Terrific stay & very Happy customers! Thank You Amber & The Hampton Inn & Suites ☺️.

I really enjoyed my stay. This was the 1st hampton inn where I saw chocolate waffles, which was a plus. My only bad experience was Austin at the front desk. My family arrived around midnight after a 5 hr drive. The lobby was locked and I saw a sign saying we need a key after 10pm to get in. Since I had not checked in, I had no key to enter the lobby. Austin saw us there. But made no attempt to let us in. Luckily another guest saw us trying to get in a used her key. We also found trash under the bed, which was not ours. Overall I would stay again because of the breakfast.

The staff was great checking in. But the lady work in the night shift was no help at all. I called the front office due to the TV having no volume. No one showed up to fix it until I walked down to the front desk and the lady with the smug look on her face told me she forgot to call maintenance. The room was clean but I must say it was the worst mattress I've ever slept on.

The staff here is very nice and helpful. Rooms are nice, only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was pretty lackluster. One of the neighbors was smoking weed and the smell came into my room but the staff took care of it.
