The rooms aren't bad on the surface, but the hotel is dealing with a major bug infestation. We stayed one night passing through town and Our bathroom was flooded with ants and other critters when we awoke in the morning. We were told by staff that this tends to happen in the rainy season, which is understandable but the hotel needs to do a better job of caulking the bathtub and sink areas as well as have regular treatment from an exterminator.

For what it's worth, service was decent. The employees outside of the General Manager were extremely helpful.

In love with this hotel, good costumer service, cozy and clean room. Our view was amazing, dog friendly, hot breakfast, and there’s a Walmart across the street very well stock.

Hotel was easily accessible. We were greeted by staff and offered bottled water which was very thoughtful. The room was clean and newly remodeled. The only complaint about the room is that the pillows were so small. Other than that small inconvenience, the property was nice and we would stay again.

The rooms really need to be updated. Our room had an old curtain that had an unraveled hem so it dragged on the floor. Then I stepped on a squished candy under the desk and found another candy between the beds on the floor. The sliding door to the balcony had been left unlocked and luckily I saw that before we went to sleep. The pool and hot tub had lots of leaves and dead bugs. I had to use the net to clean the water before swimming. The handicap lift for the hot tub looked broken.

I have stayed here 5 times and never regretted it. Most recently, I arrived at their check-in desk hoping for a last-minute booking after a bad experience at a different hotel. The desk clerk, Patty, was helpful and understanding and provided everything I needed to turn a bad experience into a lovely stay. ||All the rooms are nice. I recommend the one with the spa tub overlooking the koi pond or a ground-floor room if you want to be close to the pool, which is a lovely spot to swim or just relax on a chaise lounge in the shade||The breakfast area is pleasant and there are a variety of hot and cold choices: eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles you make yourself; bagels, toast, muffins; oatmeal and cold cereal. Good coffee.

There is nothing special to call out. Good place to rest for a night while traveling through California. We did have quite a walk from the elevator to our room due to the way the hotel is set up.

Free breakfast as usual with Hampton Inns..
