Made an appointment with Eddie the day prior through Booksy. He contacted me shortly after to adjust and confirm the appointment. From arrival the shop is super clean and comfortable. I'm not from CA, but I am familiar with the fact that this industry is pretty competitive. I came in looking lightweight homeless and Eddie had me fixed up better than I get back home in just a little over a half hour. Hair, beard and neck were all cleaner than they ever have been, and all with wicked friendly service. Definitely recommend Handcrafted and specifically Eddie, although I'm sure he holds everyone in the shop to his gold standard.

I had a 230 appointment for my 7 yr old son. He said i didn't confirm the appointment but yet he seen my appointment on his phone. The owner said we need to come back at 430 because after he was done with his customer, he was going to get his own haircut. My 7 yr old son was in tears.

I was recommended this spot just after my barber moved out of town. Eddie and the team were so friendly and the customer service was on point. I am a customer service rep and am often disappointed with the customer care at almost every location I walk through. Eddie made sure I looked fresh for the holidays and I forsure found my new go to barber. The best cut I’ve gotten in a while.

Set an appointment online, bought an Uber to the place, and they were closed. Don’t waste your time and money here
And if they need a confirmation before coming, don’t set times available for 30 minutes, you need to change your availabilities not get angry at your potential clients for setting an appointment you say is available to have it not be available.

Love this barbershop , everyone here is nice and friendly. All the barbers do a great job , no matter who cuts my hair I am always satisfied ! Highly recommend and no appointments required ! Do recommend calling ahead of time because they are usually busy.

Hands down the best haircut i have ever got and i’ve been to a lot of different shops .. The shop was dope . They where playing sports on 3 different screens, music playing, and the vibe of the crowd was very welcoming. Made me feel super comfortable. Thanks Eddie for the cut and i will definitely be back for my next one. STRONGLY RECOMENDED !!

Wanted to give this shop a try after reading the good reviews. I booked an appointment on their website on Friday morning for Saturday. Friday evening I get an email asking whether I would be still interested in the appointment.

I've been going to Sebastion for 2.5 years. I found him by luck at Supercuts in South San Francisco. Am happy for him he is finally at a barbershop. He has the best cuts at the other shop and seemed like he really cares about his work. Always attention to detail. New location is modern with uplifting energy.
