You can find quality tools here if you know what to look for, and you can find so so ones too if you don't. Good for the one or two time use on some things, but socket sets are guaranteed for life. Craftsman doesn't even do that anymore.

Their tools have evolved over the years. I use to just go to Harbor-freight when I needed a tool to last long for one job and I would never need it again so having it break wasn't a big deal. Lately however the quality on some of their hand-tools has improved. Some things like their power tools are still a bit too expensive for the quality but their combination wrenches and socket sets are a worth looking at.

no secret harbor frieght is the place to get the tool you require at a great discount. what you might not know is harbor freight has a no hassel return policy so if you do by chance need to return something, harbor freight makes it quick and fast without making you feel bad for doing so. i love this place.

Great place to pick up tools and accessories. Prices are much better than the big box stores. Also much easier to get in and out of although there is generally a wait to check out.

Harbor Freight has evolved over the years into selling quality tools for every budget. They sell low end occasional use tools to high end hard use tools, if you get their app they send fantastic deals, I just used my 25% off coupon to buy a power miter box stand and some sanding disks and belts. They also sell "made in the USA" tools (hard to find these days) The associates are always friendly and very helpful. One of the first tool I bought several years ago was a inexpensive 18 volt drill/ battery and charger combo. It lasted quit a long time under heavy use before the battery could not take a charge ( non lithium battery) all I need to do is get a new battery. I don't know of any other tool store that give away free stuff.
