Pretty fun souvenir shop. It's located right at the entrance of the wharf, so it's very hard to miss. Arguably the one that has more variety than the other gift shops in the wharf. Some of the souvenirs cracked me up - really nice sense of humor here. Price was a bit on the expensive side but it's kinda expected from such in a touristic area.

Harbour House, a gift shop on Fisherman’s Wharf, is strong in the Force. Within its walls, treasures abound—Monterey-themed magnets, plush sea otters as soft as a Wookiee’s embrace, and garments as cozy as a Jedi’s robes. For those seeking a token of their journey or a gift to bring balance to another, this place holds many wonders.

If your path leads you to Monterey, do not hesitate. Visit Harbour House, you must. A wise choice, it would be.

Harbor House was the first gift store I visited on Old Fisherman's Wharf street. Visitors can conveniently explore the Monterey Downtown area using the free tourist bus. The street offers a variety of shopping stores and fresh seafood restaurants, making it a busy but walkable and enjoyable experience. If you're planning to visit Monterey Bay, I highly recommend checking out this store!

The lady working, seemed like the owner was rude we came in 20 minutes before close, was rushing us out, the guy working(seemed like the associate) was super nice and customer service oriented, which I appreciated. I'm a Store manager in retail and honestly if people are in my store at close i don't rush them, I give them the best happiest experience I can give them. I saw things I wanted to buy but refused to purchase because of how rude the lady was. It's about the experience and obviously that last doesn't get that.

I went into this store to buy a souvenir for my granddaughter. I was approached by a Hispanic lady who immediately started yelling at me because my mask was down (COMPLETELY ON ACCIDENT) because I had just walked in from outside. I sincerely apologized and felt so stupid because I COMPLETELY agree with mask regulations and couldn’t believe I had forgotten to pull it up all the way. As soon as I said, “I AM SO SORRY!” and immediately covered my nose , she yelled “And you better keep it up!!!!” I have NEVER in my life been treated so RUDELY by ANY employee before and I will NEVER GO IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!

Your worker scammed me for 20 dollars. I bought a $10.99 box with a dragon on top of it, and I understand tax but she kept telling me I was a dollar short after I watched her put 5 dollars of the money I had already given her in the cash register. I told her, "I gave you an extra 5 dollars." But she kept insisting I didn't. She was working the cash register at around 3:00-4:00 pm June 14th.

The cashier was supposed to give me 50% off one of our items from upstairs and they didn't (cashier didn't take 50% off the item, after asking us about the items she asked if there were 2 items from upstairs told her it was only the 1). When I noticed later I brought the receipt back and they refused to honor their discount.

I went to look at the tag to see if I was mistaken and it was marked down from $30. These cheapskates marked up the item from 12.99 to 14.99 (tourist season huh?) And still didn't honor the 50% they promised when it came from that section. The more this story unravels the worse it gets.
