My wife and stopped by your store on May 23rd and were in the process of purchasing 2 hats when we requested a pair scissors to remove the tags. The staff member behind the counter grabbed the had and admonished us for not saying please. Somewhat astonished, he again stated we must say please and took the hats away from us. We left without the hats.

Little shop with a huge selection of hats of all sizes and types. Great shopkeep with strong knowledge of layout, hat styles, and what they can get sent in from their main location in Ventura. Came in for one hat and left with two. Perfect place if you're a guy that wants to get out of a baseball cap hat rut.

This shop is fantastic. Almost any kind of head ware seems available. Went in for just a look and left with two new hats! Staff was great- friendly & accommodating. I’m sure if we had more time, we would have walked away with more hats. LoL. Fun for everyone

Very rude service! I never leave reviews but I feel like it's needed for this one. We walked in 30 minutes before closing to browse around and the cashier rudely yelled we're closed. After this, a WHITE couple came in and she greeted them kindly. After we left, she slammed the door on us.
