Nice clean and spacious store. But the Cashier that I had look like she’s sucking on sour lemons. And they just don’t speak. Today these stores hire people and don’t train them to speak to the customers. It’s much nicer to spend your money at a place that is at least cordial.

I have seen with my own eyes. I gave an employee an item that was expired. They gave it to another employee as to what they should do with it. He said. I’m just going to put it back on the shelf….So. When I do actually have to shop here. I have to check every date on every item sometimes to make sure it’s safe. These young kids working are ruining it.

Food is sour and there's a funny smell as soon as you walk through the front doors. Food on shelves past the expiration date, beware. Management needs major improvements. They hire inexperience kids to run the departments who know nothing about the food industry and\or how food should be handled. I found frozen foods that have thawed out and had been refrozen. Who knows how long these products sat on the bay in the back of the store. There's a fowl odor all throughout the entire complex. It is in need of a complete overall and get their crap together! There's a few good employees to mention but they work the front office mostly. They are pulling they're hair out, I'm sure.

I need them cheese shredded and ice tea and something. It is good these sale price to some foods. Yes , In before we went to shop 'n' save on long ago. Yeah it normal in the room . We need cheese slice for hamburger of dinner time . Happy holiday

Owners of businesses should be thankful to have employees like Lisa representing their company. The rest of the crew does a great job as well...but Lisa deserves to be recognized as someone who goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

I am very unsatisfied with this store. Numerous times have I found molded/expired food, and today I went to make a complaint about an employee harassing my family member, and instead of it being dealt with in a professional way, I was instead cussed out and screamed at.

Beautifully remodeled and merchandised store. Bright, open, inviting. An extreme improvement from its previous owners. Absolutely love the new store, complete with self checkout options, and fresh flowers.

Big store with big problems. Constant expired products. Very expensive grocery store. Produce and deli and bakery and meat department are terrible. A store this big with just chicken for hot foods? Need more selection in hot foods. No seafood department? Just a couple Frozen things. Things on sale don't ring up that way most of the time. Need new management in all departments and the store.
