My 95-year-old favorite aunt from Iowa had her son send me a plant for my birthday and when I showed her the picture, she was very disappointed because she thought the one that I was getting was about 3 feet tall. I looked on your website and I did see a picture of the plant and I would suggest that in your description or maybe underneath the picture put the size of the plant. It’s a very nice plant, but she was very very disappointed in how small it was I told her I would contact your company, but after reading some of the reviews, I think the customer service department needs some on the job training. Also there was a card but there was no info on where they came from. I just read more of the reviews and the response from the owner is a little alarming. The responses from the owner seems very combative not taking responsibility. I will definitely definitely not ever recommend this florist. I think you need to take a course in Humble Pie also.

Not worth the $70 price tag I was charged for 3 rose buds and baby’s breath. Not to mention the service was very poor. The owner was great and helpful however the staff at pick up leaves a lot to be desired. Disappointing to say the least.

I should have read the reviews before ordering! I ordered flowers for my Grandmother's 90th birthday and the flowers were absolutely embarrassing. I spent a lot of money for flowers number one, not to look like the photo and number 2, not to look like deluxe. I tried to speak and explain to Mona (the manager) why it took a few days to call, I was dealing with wild fire issues and her response was, "I don't know what you're talking about but we don't take complaints after 48 hours." I've never heard of such a policy or such rude and insensitive customer service. I will take my business else where and hope they get better customer service skills. I am truly disappointed in this business. Please, find another florist with better integrity!

The flowers were not up to par especially paying for the upgraded version. Called to see if anyone could support and represented was unhelpful. Would give a negative 1 star if possible based on the ride customer service and refusing to allow me to share my experience with a manager.

Check yelp before ordering. Google ratings is skewed inaccurately positive where Yelp is more accurate.

They don't know deep pink from red!! The florist called me since the lavender roses were not available and texted me a picture of rose colors they did have, we selected a beautiful deep pink. We received a picture of what was sent and unfortunately it was red roses!! When I called, the florist argued with me that the picture could be distorted of the true color and they sent pink. I texted the recipient and they said red!! As I mentioned on the phone, I am not looking for a refund. An apology would have been nice. When your paying premium prices for flower arrangements, you should get the color you ordered!
