So lucky to have this amazing Glam shop in Marin! I was in a pinch for a gown and quite frankly our malls and online are a hit or miss.

I came in with a need for a cocktail gown and Immediately got some help! I was measured and fitted and gifted free advice to where to go to hem it if I wanted! Obviously beyond customer service!

The quality is incredible! Treat yourself to a little dress if your in Marin! Classic styles too I just went over the top and thank goodness Hello Gorgeous has that🌟

You will be fitted to show your best self! Hands down the best dress shop for all occasions!

Outstanding customer service and care. My daughter found the perfect prom dress at Hello Gorgeous but it was the wrong size and the correct size was sold out and everywhere and on indeterminate backorder. Veronica knew how much my daughter wanted the dress so she called multiple dress boutiques on my behalf. She found "The Dress" in the right size and bought it immediately-- not knowing whether or not I still wanted it. To say her customer service blew my mind is an understatement. And my daughter was so grateful she cried.THANK YOU THANK YOU,Veronica.

This is best store in Sf, the north bay and south bay for me! I have bought two wedding guest dresses there - both times , I found the perfect gown and service. And this was after visiting a few department and boutique stores. In addition to the selection and quality, I appreciated the personal advice from Veronica about how to wear the dress w my hair, earrings and shoes- and how to change it up to wear it in the future. I want her to style my whole wardrobe!!

Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had at a store. The worker was incredibly passive aggressive and pushed us out right at closing even though I had one more dress to try, no photos are allowed and my friend wasn’t allowed to help me zip my dress up. Not enough cute dresses to ever go back and not welcoming strongly recommend you look elsewhere. My friend and i specifically came to marin to go to this store and left with a terrible experience and no dress.

It’s ok, kind of overpriced, even for prom dresses. The staff are a little blunt and not that friendly, not that many dresses to choose either
