Amazing customer service, Joyce and all her staff are super nice and knowledgeable, I stopped by to see some of her bridal dresses without any appointment and she and her staff let me look around and I even tried on a couple dresses, she has many beautiful dresses not only bridal but also for any body attending a formal party! I don’t usually leave reviews but her excellent and exceptional work has to be shared with all of you! I really recommend going to her store if you’re looking for a dress / suit for your special event, she also does alterations if needed ! Thank you Joyce and staff for your help and time! <3

Purchasing a dress for my granddaughter's prom. The quality of address was excellent. The color was very beautiful and the ladies that work. There are very kind very accurate, very helpful and they listen to any concerns you have. And they fix it. This place is a great place to purchase dresses. For weddings, And when you're turning 15 or a sweet 16. proms or special occasions. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, ladies for the help. I came into this beautiful shop to find a prom dress, not even ever hearing about this place, and I only had a week to find one. As soon as I walked into Hem and Her Bridal, Janella immediately came to me and asked what I was looking for. She asked what color I wanted and started picking out dresses. She was an amazing help for my indecisive self. The second dress I tried on, I immediately knew that it was the one. They have an abundance of choices, styles, colors, designs, anything you’re looking for you will absolutely find! I had to have it hemmed and Joyce is just unbelievably talented. The stitching was the best I’ve ever seen. She had it done for me the next day! I am beyond grateful that I came here. They treated me amazing and have just outstandingly beautiful dresses and suits. I will for sure be coming here for any future events.

Joyce and Janella are the absolute BEST! Tucson does not have many bridal shops for Mother of the Groom or Bride and this one is the best! Joyce does not stop until you are 100% satisfied, and Janella is patient and sincere as she works to find you a dress that compliments your body shape.
